I can use my Motorola phone (Andoid) to connect via bluetooth to the "Control BT" to my PRX One and everything works well. I have a Samsung Galaxy A tablet that will not connect to "Control BT". A red error message comes up saying to update the app but I have used the google play version (12), the link via your web site (to google play) and an independant APK to re install it three times. All so the same version and the google play location is where I install my cell phone version from. I can use the Galaxy A tablet to connect as a media player and it plays through input 7. Only the "Control BT" does not complete the handshake and connect. The firmware was updated on the PRX One and no update is available.

Last Saturday I provided sound for my friend's 65th Birthday party. All channels were used as vocals and DI'ed instrument inputs. Everything worked to plan until I tried to switch Snapshots as the musical groups switched. When I loaded the 2nd group Snapshot, it all went sideways quick. Following is the failure mode: * Very limited volume on all channels. I turned the mic inputs (SM58) to max as well as the output (speaker) fader to max (0db). * Buzzing noise coming from the monitor (Connected to the "Pass-Thru). The sound was so bad I had to stop the band mid song and recheck all inputs which were just above muted. It was so bad I had to refund $$ for the event. I've setup the system in my studio and long story short, I am testing for a blown amp section. But it seems it may be a software problem. More to follow..........

—>The IOS “JBL Pro Connect” app can’t find my JBL PRX812w speakers, but my iphone recognizes the PRX812 network when the connect light is blinking. What’s it take to get this to work? All my other brand Bluetooth & WiFi speakers connect up fine.

Same as everyone else.....the app won't let me control the damn speaker. Thinking how much time I spent trying to fix this gets me really frustrated-for so much money.......

Hello! I have a JBL PRX ONE s.n. T0050-LK000058 Firmware 3.0.6.0 devices on YouTube and on the forum start with firmware 5.x.x.x The problem is that I cannot update the firmware and cannot control the device through the JBL PRO CONNECT app. Half of the functions in the device do not work, such as the equalizer, save and select presets, there is no BT Control Pairing function for connecting to the application, etc. I found an old version of the JBL PRO CONNECT application on the Internet V. 0.0.4.7 the device connects to the application, but does not respond to control and does not update, it says that the device has been updated. I did a factory reset, nothing helps. Can you please tell me what to do?

I just purchased a brand new Eon One MK2 speaker largely based on being able to use the remote app on my iPad Mini or my Samsung Galaxy while on stage. I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, paired, unpaired the Pro Connect App both on my iPad Mini and my Samsung Galaxy more times than I can remember. I can get the app to pair with my new Eon One MK2 speaker but it has no affect on any of the controls making it useless! Is there some magic formula to get the app to work. I have seen numerous posting about problems with the app but I am hoping that there is some simple fix. If not, I will return the Eon One MK2 and go a different route.

I always have problems connecting Bluetooth, either one or the other JBL715 EON will connect, trying to get 2 connected is a nightmare, took me 30minutes last night, had to reinstall the app to get both connected, tried to connect this morning, not working, same thing one or the other connected, I look back on the app and for no reason the app says both speakers no longer connected, as if they disconnected when I went from the app to YouTube to play music, I don't think people should buy these for the Bluetooth connect it seems very bad because software is crap
