Hello, TeleClinic says based on your previous examination and symptoms that I already recovered from that we can not give you sick note. It was first of March and now we are last of March!! And my sickness is quite different

How to fix TeleClinic app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TeleClinic app on iPhone
Update TeleClinic app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TeleClinic iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TeleClinic on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TeleClinic network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TeleClinic Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TeleClinic not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TeleClinic App
1. On android, goto Settings » TeleClinic » click [Force Stop]

Update TeleClinic to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TeleClinic App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TeleClinic » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TeleClinic.

Fix TeleClinic unable to contact server/ TeleClinic internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TeleClinic » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TeleClinic » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TeleClinic
