Mobile ap drive easy doesnt work and feels predatory. I deleted it. I dont care about the discount.
Drive EASY APP IS NOT RECORDING MY TRIPS EVEN IT SAYS IT IS.IVE DELETE THE APP 5 TIMES,REINSTALED IT BUT STILL WONT RECORD MY TRIPS SINCE FEBRUARY 15TH
Whenever I open the app, it continuously loads showing the car, home, umbrella, etc icons but never opens. I've force stopped, cleared the cache, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled twice but it still doesn't work. Very frustrating
The "find gas' feature on the app quit working... Anyone else have this problem... I even removed the app and reloaded it...still not working
Geico Mobile app after repeated attempts to download says "Cannot connect to internet. Techs from Comcast, Alpple, server and Geico customer service have spent hours trying to get me the app. No luck. Wasn't this a problem when this updated app was released? If so, why hide the solution?
Geico app crashes on my husband's android phone, won't go past the splash screen. The app works perfectly on my iPhone, so will GEICO kick me out of the program??? It's not our fault.
Despite the fact that I consistently receive very high excellent scores in Distracted Driving, Hard Braking, and Smoothness, the Cornering score has remained locked in same the Uncontrolled position for all my driving. Why? How can I have a consistent extremely high score in Distracted Driving, Smoothness, and Braking, and a terrible Cornering score locked in the same Uncontrolled position? I have called Geico Assistance a number of times. No one I've spoken to can help resolve the problem. Can you advise?
Once I enable the drive easy aspect of the app it no longer will get past the splash screen so it gets stuck and never allows me to enter. Also after doing research the drive easy app doesn't even apply to my state so they're asking me to enroll in a program that will watch my driving habits even though it legally can't affect my score so it makes me wonder if they have alter your motives to tracking my exact location
Your Android app refuses to work. A company of your stature should at least be considerate enough to your customers to have such an important resource that works.
the app could not find our phone #s for month, and were kicked out from the program, geico bills us $23.76 for not participating the program.

Clear cache and data reinstalled app. App continues to crash on Android 12

I’m trying to process my 20,000 settlement. It won’t accept my name or credit card number or my bank routing/account info. It took me a long time to process the auto payment of 14,000, but was finally successful. Thank you in advance. My Chase bank acct is Delores Richards, not hyphenated w/Fenton so that may be at least part of the issue.
I just downloaded the app and it will not open. I have restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still not work.
