[Solved] I encountered a problem that when registering in the game, only one server is available to me - Asia. Why don't I have Europe and how can I fix this?

Здравствуйте, игра вылетает на одном уровне, доходит до 14% загрузки и просто выключается. Пробовала перезагружать телефон, с впн и без него, ничего не работает. Все было нормально до этого
Since today, the game won't launch properly with cellular data on, saying "Failed to connect to the internet. Please check your network or system settings.", although connection works very well with other apps. (android device)
The game keeps freezing at chapter 7 part 11 and logs me always out in the end of it. I cant get oast this chapter in any way, i did everything to fix it. I tried all graphics, its already on smooth, cleared Cache, reinstalled and even used the repair Button, but no use. I hope this gets fixed soon.
The problem is, in story, I'm on Chapter 7, Story-011 and it always lags and freezes and then it kicks me out of the app every single time. I'm having trouble playing through that cutscene, please fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
It started yesterday when I wanted to play. I clicked it and all I see is white. I uninstalled it then installed it again but unfortunately, nothing changed. My friend said that I need more space for LnD but when I checked I still have 61gb left. I already sent an email to them and still waiting for the reply. I am stuck on chapter 7-6 because the cutscene freezes when Rafayel tells us to close our eyes and focus on the core or whatever. I have tried downloading Mumu emulator (because people have told me that it works better there) several times but it seems my computer (MSI) isn't compatible with it because it's literally impossible to download the app through the app store (it says that my phone isn't compatible though I've tried changing it to every damn phone you can choose) and it shows me an error when I try to install it via an apk file. Does anyone know any other solution?
The screen appears either as a white screen with the game icon, or black screen or a white screen. I've force stop with deleting the cache and data and even did a full reinstall unfortunately nothing has changed. Despite attempts to resolve it. I even doubled checked the phone requirements in the store and it says compatible. I'm an android user.
On chapter 2 story 10 (Fiery Blood) when it was just about to go into combat (Lines: Then you should hide, now), it just freezes and when i tapped on any part of my screen it just logs me out, i tried changing some things in the game settings, force stopped the game, even rebooted my whole phone (Vivo) and yet, it still does the same :'(
The game logs me out of the current chapter in Chapter 7 part 11. I've tried reopening it, changing my graphic settings to the lowest, and clearing the cache on my android device (I don't want to clear the data since it would restart my progress), and it still logs me out during the chapter. Please help, I really like this game but I don't want to quit so early. :')
