It is not downlading completely. Loads to 45% and then the screen goes black. This has been going on for 4 hours for me and I know I am not th only person it is affecting...Please sort.

How to fix UNO! app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the UNO! app on iPhone
Update UNO! app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall UNO! iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix UNO! on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve UNO! network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

UNO! Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix UNO! not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the UNO! App
1. On android, goto Settings » UNO! » click [Force Stop]

Update UNO! to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UNO! App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » UNO! » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart UNO!.

Fix UNO! unable to contact server/ UNO! internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click UNO! » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto UNO! » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch UNO!
