After only three days of use, the dial face went dark. I charged the watch again, but nothing improved. At one point the app showed that the watch was paired with my phone, but then it was disconnected and I haven't been able to reconnect. Unless you can tell me how to fix these problems, I will send the watch back. Regards, Yuangrat
My hiwatch does not record sleep patterns
Hi, my Hiwatchplus won’t connect to sleep mode. Everything else works except it won’t record my sleep pattern. How can I fix this. Thanks
There is a major issue when more than one Android Launcher is installed. With the HiWatch Plus or Pro app installed my Samsung Phone (S40) or Samsung Tablet (Tab A6) does not recognised the default launcher and when pressing the Home page button Android always asks which one to use and set to default (even though default is set correctly). Uninstall the app and all is OK. This is the same problem is with all the HiWatch apps. I Use Microsoft launcher, but others have reported this using other launchers. This is an App issue not a watch issue.

My watch won't charge. Have had it 2 weeks
The app cannot connect to the watch. The Bluetooth sees it, it is paired, but the app always says device disconnected. Sometimes it connects for a second, then disconnects again. Since the app doesn't connect it is not in fact usable. Also, the user guide says to turn on the Bluetooth switch on the watch. There isn't such a switch on the watch, digital or otherwise. If there is a way to fix it I'd like to know, otherwise I'm sending the product back.

App is not working correctly. It is very slow, it does not permit to connect to the phone for a long time. It does not permit to control camera.
