Wells Fargo Status

Wellsfargo app has never worked for me in my iPhone 13. Latest updates, reinstalled a couple of times, rebooted my phone a couple of times. It doesn’t work. The app opens but won’t let me type my username or password. I touch the username and password field but the cursor does NOT appear

When taking picture to deposit check the app will restart.

Can't download for Android phone. Statement says, "This app won't work for your device." Operating system has been updated. Wells Fargo mobile still will not load!

Mobile deposit function using Wells Fargo app is not working. After taking photos, error message says I need to retake. Photos are fine but reason for error message is unknown.

Tried setting up payments for both my vehicles, one vehicle account took me to the other vehicle account I already made a payment on. Could no longer screenshot my confirmation number, reveived no email confirmation of payment, app crashed a few times, tried paying on the website with same issues. Unsure if any or both of my payments went through on my two accounts. Fustrating and will return to paper statements and snail mail personal check payments in the future. This is unacceptable when all my other account apps on other accounts work fine. Why change around the app when it was working fine before all the changes recently? Why break what was not broken!?

I have to scan my fingerprint twice to log in to my account. The first time appears to work then the screen blinks and I have to scan my fingerprint again.

Installed the original app through Play Store with no problems. I can't install the update because I can't even find the Wells Fargo app IN Play Store. Strange.
