Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Stake app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Stake app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Stake app on iPhone
Update Stake app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Stake iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Stake on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Stake network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Stake Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Stake not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Stake app issues:

Force Stop the Stake App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Stake app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Stake to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Stake App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Stake app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Stake.

Fix Stake unable to contact server/ Stake internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Stake » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Stake » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Stake on android.
