Nice app. However, the failure to elucidate a cogent security policy prevents me from using this app.
For example, the logging function is attractive, yet sharing it via email (as suggested in the app) is a huge risk as email is insecure. There are ways to connect therapists with clients that are secure. At least one other product uses a secure, bidirectional portal to do this so that therapists can see all client input (including assessments) and therapists can offer immediate encouragement and feedback (which is helpful between sessions).
There is so much in this app that I like. However, my extensive work experience in the IT industry tells me that using this app jeopardizes my privacy.

I love almost everything about this app! Being able to log foods without counting calories, macros, carbs, keto, paleo, etc. is fantastic. I like the opportunities for notes, feelings and behaviors. I even like the motivational notes.
The only thing I don’t love is the actual interface. It’s not very visually appealing and it’s really glitchy. If I try to edit by clicking a word or if I use an emoji it blanks out and I have to retrace my steps. So far it’s been worth it but it’s still frustrating.

So far love it for tracking food with emotions. Love the target behaviors and that they can be changed to what applies to me. Would really love to use the note feature because I think it would help. But using my iPhone it does not not show what I'm entertaining as I'm typing so it's easy to lose my train of thought as well as no way to catch the pesky auto correct mistakes until I'm done. It's too much frustration so I don't use that feature.
