If you read any of the five-star reviews, you’ll notice most of them are reviewing Veterans United the company, and not their app. MyVeteransUnited is seriously lacking. No FaceID, seriously? Also, the entire Bill Pay Center, the only portion of MyVeteransUnited you’ll use once your mortgage is set up, is just a pop-up on MyVeteransUnited , not a distinct part of MyVeteransUnited itself. That’s a terrible interface. MyVeteransUnited has no better functionality than just using the website.

I am a 54 yr old female Veteran. I never even thought owning a home was possible for me. I decided to talk to some lenders and Veterans United gave me the most information of any of them. From my very first phone call with conversations about how to repair my credit and how long the process would take to now I am cleared to close! Jeremy, Jonathan and Nicole have been with me the entire way. My team knows I have Frenchies and they sent me an awesome dog box full of treats and toys for all my babies. I am so happy and grateful for the service I have received. Every concern and question was answered in a super timely manner. 5 star company providing 5 star service.

I would just like to say that since I have been working with Veterans United team ( Matt Colgin and his staff) to get my pre-approval letter as a first and necessary step to begin the process it has been very easy.
After they assigned my team and him as the team leader. They have stood by me and guided me thus far through the process and coached and supported my questions about what I should have.

So now it’s my turn again to locate a possible home and location then make my offer as long as it meets the VA approved standards structurally and getting insurance coverage for a mock-up contract with the pricing estimated details included so I will know what to expect monthly affordability .
Wish me success as I now have a little more confidence with their team players as well as my financial picture in mind.

I can’t say enough good things about Veterans United, Jeff and Curtis are a pleasure to work with and the entire process was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Veterans United to any veteran who is interested in buying a new home.

This is my second home loan from VU. For starters Dustin, Chas and the whole team in Mizzu are far and above excellent. These folks have worked so hard to help me. They break things down and explain things to me. They keep me informed and shoot me straight with everything. To be honest, I think they’d walk thru fire to assist me. Not one time have I ever not been made to feel low or stupid. They also have never left me hangin. When I can’t get a hold of one of them, I leave a message and the very first chance they get, they get right back to me. Not only that, but they call, text or email me out of the blue just to make sure I’m good and I don’t need nothing.
Last but definitely NOT least, the VU representative here in western North Carolina, Angelia Peterson. She has got to be the hardest working lady I have ever met. And also, the most honest. She don’t blow smoke. She is always straight up truthful with me. Even when she cuts her own throat. She deserves a medal, trophy and any other honor she can get. She’s smart as a tack and at the same time comes down to my level to explain things.
I have never felt as much love and compassion as I have felt dealing with VU. They really care about us Veterans and do whatever it takes to insure we are informed and protected. Thanks y’all.

This my second rodeo with VU I have been treated like family! My loan officer is one of the downest to earth people you could ever be so blessed to cross paths with ! I lost my dad a year ago he helped me patiently for almost six months it was a difficult transition my dad left four houses behind I had to put things in order ASAP at the same time juggling funeral arrangements wills lawyers subbings and of course MOM ! Wesly was not just my loan officer he was a brother when I needed it most not one to ask for help but wowww what a beautiful human being he helped me guided me consoled me even shared some tear’s with me and told me I was not alone God was with me ! Second rodeo I’m fixing to buy another duplex and I pray in another few months he will help my wife and I purchase the third rodeo !
Thank you wesly Earl I hate when I loose a brother but I love when God blesses me with an awesome brother like you !

Everyone at Veterans United helped in this process to make it easy , fun and effortless to the most part . There was no part of this paInful or time consuming. Questions were answered quickly. I can’t believe they did it!! We were afraid every step of the way that this would fall apart. They weren’t. Vanessa and Anna were terrific!! Even through my panicked moments!! Vanessa called and reassured me. And they went from find the house to clear to close in 21 days. I honestly think they had Devine intervention because without this couldn’t have happened!
