Seemingly Good Company, Mediocre App

If you read any of the five-star reviews, you’ll notice most of them are reviewing Veterans United the company, and not their app. The app is seriously lacking. No FaceID, seriously? Also, the entire Bill Pay Center, the only portion of the app you’ll use once your mortgage is set up, is just a pop-up on the app, not a distinct part of the app itself. That’s a terrible interface. This app has no better functionality than just using the website.

I am a 54 yr old female Veteran. I never even thought owning a home was possible for me. I decided to talk to some lenders and Veterans United gave me the most information of any of them. From my very first phone call with conversations about how to repair my credit and how long the process would take to now I am cleared to close! Jeremy, Jonathan and Nicole have been with me the entire way. My team knows I have Frenchies and they sent me an awesome dog box full of treats and toys for all my babies. I am so happy and grateful for the service I have received. Every concern and question was answered in a super timely manner. 5 star company providing 5 star service.
