I used my email address to login not Google, Facebook or Apple. Festicketoperated ends up again and again with sending you the link which will never actually log in! Is there any minimum test or quality control in your app development?

The festival I bought the tickets for, is in 5 days and I haven’t received my tickets yet. They told me I would have received them more than 4 days ago. There is no place to call for help and costumer service is horrible.

Takes forever to load. My ticket is not loading and I don’t know what I’m suppose to do now. This is the worst app I have ever navigated through. Paid too much for my ticket for them to not get this right.

My tickets for an upcoming festival disappeared as well I uninstalled Festicketoperated and reinstalled it and my tickets came back but I made sure to screenshot them just in case this trash app gets crazy when I get to the festival.

Ticket don’t even show when activated . Is just blank on Festicketoperated . Customer service is no where to be found. Something has to be done about Festicketoperated.

It’s a terrible app. I don’t know why a festival would use this. It’s no real help center. The help links are useless and ineffective. Every time I want to get my tickets Festicketoperated crashes or it tells me I’m off line.

Festicketoperated is not reliable. It keeps crashing within 5 seconds of opening Festicketoperated . I’m attending a festival soon, and Festicketoperated is not helpful at all. Please fix this

I’ve been trying to access my barcode and all it keeps doing is telling me to follow the link in my email. Loops and loops I’ve gone, and I still cannot access my ticket barcode in Festicketoperated . I pray that the bugs are fixed before Thursday March 24 2022.

I've been waiting for more than a month for a respond about a refund process. They say me that in 10 days i will have the money, but that was a real lie. I've been sending mails and opening request in the website and nobody give me a real answer about the problem. Really poor customer service, they exhaust the customer with the automatic answer.

I am absolutely devastated. This is the worst company I HAVE EEEEVER encountered with. Here is my story: I bought tickets for a concert on 1st of March -> concert was canceled and they mentioned that the refund will be placed after a google sheet has been filled -> Did that and waited for a message 1 week of waiting -> nothing -> messaged the company -> 1 week of no replies 2nd week -> messaged them again -> received: Your refund is on it's way -> asked when will it be exactly -> no reply 3rd week -> asked support chat what's up -> at first they send me hundreds of links on useless info stating ''sorry babe you didn't take the refund insurance'' -> I started raging as the concert owners promised us a refund -> then I receive a reply ''ow right, sorry babe, yea our finance team will look into this and will get back to you'' -> no reply More weeks have gone by still no solid answers. May and June: * We will refund you after 14 business days - sent to me twice after timeframe ended * We will refund you after 28 business days - timeframe gone by and guess what STILL NO REFUND This company blindly robs people of their money OW and they have a petty excuse - ow sorry we have a huge amount of enquiries can't refund in time. Please.. if you go to Trapeton insta and look at the comment section you will see how much people are having the same issue, they aren't paying up to anyone
