I am yet to receive a reply from Festicket. It has been months! I have requested my refund for Hastings reggae festival twice now!! I am going to put serious complaints in if I do not hear something back asap and get my refund! I am very upset about this as it got cancelled twice and the second time I had booked a hotel after being refused the money back the first time and then had to go and stay there as couldn't get this back either!! I have lost hundreds of pounds! Please contact me back. I would never use this company seeing as there is not even a contact method or refund page.

Hello, good afternoon, back in the day I bought the tickets for the Andalucia Big Festival, which took place in Malaga. A powerful group participated in said Festival, which took sick leave, so they decided not to go to the Festival. I requested the refund of the money, I received a confirmation email. In view of not receiving any money, I have contacted them again through mail. To this day, I still have not received a response. I am quite upset about this incident. I would like to have your answer as soon as possible. Thanks. All the best.

Hola, buenos días, en Septiembre compré unas entradas para el Andalucia Big Festival en Málaga. Al final decidí no ir ...uno de los grupos más potentes del Festival causó baja por enfermedad. Solicité el reembolso de dichas entradas y hasta la fecha no he recibido el dinero. Sólo me enviaron un correo confirmándome que había realizado dicha operación. Les he escrito varios correos a dicha dirección, pero no he tenido respuesta. Estoy bastante molesta, ya ha pasado mucho tiempo, hice ésto a primeros de Septiembre. Me parece poco profesional. Debería haber un teléfono de contacto directo para así facilitar cualquier incidencia. No voy a comprar más las entradas por aquí. Gracias. Un saludo.

I have tried on several occasions to try and contact festickets regarding my refund for steps concert JBM Music have replied to me and told me it down to festicket to refund and I been on the support info and log but heard nothing back from them, I have all emails and conversations from JBM Music saying it's not down to them to refund me I would like this resolved I don't know where to go from here and its stressing me out kind regards Gemma Mitchell

I've also bought a AllPointsEast 2022 The National ticket and have no idea if my ticket is meant to be digital or paper. The app says they've been delivered but nothing has arrived, all help links on their site and app seem to go in circles and everything seems very hidden

I've tried everything about the wristband refund and done everything in the time stamp they said (12th to 14th) but It seems like It's impossible to contact them, they just answer with an automatic email that doesn't help anywhere.

I booked tickets for Bruce Springsteen July 2023 in Hyde Park. I selected the Payment plan option which has been confirmed by email. However Festicket took all the money in one go, which is not a payment plan! I have reported this to them by email but cannot get a response! It amounts to Fraud! I had so many issues with Festicket this year at BST - do not use them if you have a choice!

I cannot activate my ticket in the app. It says it would be possible from Jun 23 but as of Jul 4 still not possible, which means the QR code is greyed out. No way of getting a hold of anybody to help via the help messenger or on Twitter. This is for Trnsmt festival on Friday.

I haven't received my tkts from Festicket for the Hyde Park Festival Duran Duran Concert on the 10th July and I don't know how many times I have written to them, and they still replying that stupid message that my tkts are available on my app and isn't true, I don't have any tkts and this is a terrible services. For the last few days I've been trying to find out where the 4 tickets I've bought for the Eagles concert this Sunday (26th) & just going round in circles. Sent several emails, all automated & telling me to download the App which doesn't have my tickets, despite paying over £400 for them last year. I've got accommodation sorted, & have spent so many hours on this trying to sort out, so getting very annoyed. Please advise!!

On 10 May 2022, I bought 3 "Lost Paradise" festival tickets on Festicket. The full payment went through but I never got the order confirmation email. I have logged 2 requests and have not heard one response. Extremely frustrating to say the least!

I can not log in!

I used my email address to login not Google, Facebook or Apple. The app ends up again and again with sending you the link which will never actually log in! Is there any minimum test or quality control in your app development?

bad communication

The festival I bought the tickets for, is in 5 days and I haven’t received my tickets yet. They told me I would have received them more than 4 days ago. There is no place to call for help and costumer service is horrible.

Horrible app

Takes forever to load. My ticket is not loading and I don’t know what I’m suppose to do now. This is the worst app I have ever navigated through. Paid too much for my ticket for them to not get this right.
