Bridge: Automatic Cash Back Reviews

Banking is so much harder than it needs to be, but this app makes it easy. Bridge is clean and easy to use. I can access my card quickly and easily on my phone or have them send me a card. It’s easy to put money in and is much better than a prepaid card. The Gold plan offers even more benefits, including actually making money in Bridge ! Haven’t had many issues so far, but the customer service team is quick and very helpful. I know this is still a pretty new product, but I’m excited about using it and am looking forward to seeing it continue to grow!

Got the gold plan. Had someone help me within a couple of minutes on live chat to help activate my debit card. Good company, awesome customer service.

I love Bridge but this app really needs to fix the incorrect balance bug. 99% of the time I have to close Bridge out and go back in again to see my correct balance and this bug has been going on for way to long now! Also the whole survey thing is kind of cheesy you should just be able to earn cash back. Also I would like to see mobile check deposit.

You need an option to add your address manually because for some reason when I was trying to join your system doesn’t detect my address! That’s a bummer too because I’m on a site where I’m able to advertise your Bank and share my referral link and the site has over 5000 users which would bring you a lot of Consumers

this app has top notch customer service no other bank provides to its customers. I trust this app knowing that the money in my account is MY money, no hidden fees whatsoever. It’s so easy—I love banking with this app!

Pretty sweet I can take surveys and get the pay outs on my debit card

They keep changing stuff on there so they have a referral program I met all the requirements for it and as soon and I got my last referral they took the program away and won’t give me the bonus that I earned !

App overall is different and fun. But my only problem is that I am referring people but not getting my credits for them at all.

Are you kidding me, this app? I downloaded Bridge , got through what I thought was your splash onboarding, was led to believe everything was fully available, then it all ends with a “Join the Waitlist” screen.

Blatant lead on and disregard for best practices. You last update was a week ago. Come on.

Nice “transparency”.

I was unable to apply for the card because it won’t accept my apartment number. It would not recognize my apartment address. Not a good sign if this simple info is an issue. Also, it’s impossible to see what I’m typing on iPhone 11. Makes no sense.

Love this bank and card it’s amazing!

Takes 30 minutes to log in because when I put in my login info and Bridge restarts.
I complete surveys and never get rewarded for them because Bridge always has some error and restarts.

Worst debit card ever I went to the atm to withdraw money and the money never came out even had a receipt for proof and some how instead of giving me my money back they closed my account

I have a card and an account. Luckily I never set up a deposit to it because I go to login and they can’t find my account

Bridge asked for my information now I can’t log in that’s crazy they just scamming y’all
