They are partnered with Stripe to accept credit card payments and they are the absolute worst to deal with. I am canceling my subscription today. They are holding on to almost $4500 of my money with absolutely no response or resolution attempt being made. I’d advise against using InvoiceBeeEstimateMaker2Go until they partner with a company that can provide proper customer service.

They have an app issues even when you pay money every month you don’t get any assistance and reply back from Invoice bee company .. I had all my invoices disappeared from my account and I wasn’t able to restore them . I contact the support via email but no response till today..

Also their app no working properly it’s stuck a lot and even if u pay money every month it’s still no working like u didn’t pay them .

No working application!!!

I have been doing business with InvoiceBeeEstimateMaker2Go since 2017. I started with their cheapest plan and then upgraded to the next level. The company fails to inform you that according to their “policy” you must first cancel your subscription then sign back up with the upgraded plan. They have been double billing me for MONTHS and refuse to refund the original subscription fee! Taking my business elsewhere.

It's a nice app, but paying $6/mo for bug fixes and stability improvements is a joke. Please add a pay once option and you can keep your "updates"

2018 update:
Hasn't had a "bug fix" in over half a year and they're still charging $6/mo?! What are we paying for?

I’ve use InvoiceBeeEstimateMaker2Go for a few months and it has been great. Until I got a new phone. I logged in and it tells me I am not longer a pro user. I have the receipt saying I paid for a year and that was done less the two months ago. I sent an email to support and have heard nothing back for a week. I have estimates and invoices I had to get out so I had to pay again to get my invoices out. Now I’ve sent several emails and I’m paying for a service I already paid for once. Guess you should find some else to give your money to!

I purchased the pro plan but every time I logged in it would tell me that I only had the lite version. This company doesn’t have a phone number and doesn’t respond to emails for support. Complete garbage. Don’t trust them. I cancelled my plan after 5 days but it will still charge me for the full month. No way to get ahold of support to fix it

Started off strong was on my Second item being added to an estimate when I hit voice dictate in description on my iPhone XR on iOS 13.3.1 and InvoiceBeeEstimateMaker2Go crashed. Tried restarting and it won’t open. Force closed app still no luck don’t don’t really have a lot of time so I’ll reboot phone and try again but for now I need to use a different app.

I’ve been using this for about 3months now, I made a one year subscription. I recently tried logging and it’s not recognizing my email anymore, keeps saying it doesn’t exist!!! After using for 3 months. I’ve contacted them by email. With no resolve to my problem. Its a really good app when it works.

InvoiceBeeEstimateMaker2Go generates nice invoices. Unfortunately, InvoiceBeeEstimateMaker2Go immediately crashes upon opening it any time after the first time I used it. I opened it, created an account, created an invoice, and closed InvoiceBeeEstimateMaker2Go . A few minutes later I tried to open it, and it immediately crashed. That’s all it does now.

This application is good, but it has points to resolve. For example, it has no inventory. You can't schedule automatic invoice shipments. You cannot send an invoice to two people without having to write in a second email. Contacts are repeated.

Very user friendly for prompt invoicing and estimates. It offers many options that are only available with the paid versions of similar apps.
