My company has used Moon Invoice for 3+ years. When it works it is a good enough system for our uses. However, there have been several occasions where an “update” caused major glitching in the system, removing tabs, forcing autofill entries and making the program miserable to try to use.
When I reached out for support of these issues their inevitable response was that the next update will fix it. Then you wait either bated breath to see if the next update miraculously makes it the subpar invoicing system we sadly depend on. Often times the issue is not fixed for several updates and you waste time trying to use the product you unfortunately paid for.

They advertise 24/7 support and a southern california telephone number and a online chat. Phones forward overseas and rings a while and then disconnected. Chat app no one is live when ever i have used it. Emails are very slow to respond. This is now the 3rd time while trying to sync data that i have lost a bu ch of it. Now i have no way to know who owes me money or records of payment amoung other things. I cant reach anyone. Last time it happened it was the same exact issue. I liked EasyInvoiceMakerApp but i cant handle this anymore. I need urgent support. Not hours later when i am sleeping. You cant speak to anyone live either.

I really loved EasyInvoiceMakerApp for the almost two years I used it. It was easy, had a nice modern interface, allowed for time tracking, and multiple businesses, etc even on their most affordable upgrade. I remember having to upgrade to their next level from the base paid plan for some reason...

At any rate was really irritated when I was on vacation and a client wanted an estimate / invoice same day and I tried creating one via the phone app and sending it, only for it to never go through. I started to notice lots of glitches that weren’t syncing and mirroring with the computer based app, and then to top it all off, wouldn’t work across all platforms towards the end of my use. It would state I was paid up on on the computer for example, only to have it kick me off the phone app and say my membership was expired. I’d try syncing it, rebuying it, downloading and deleting all of them and nothing. Not okay especially if I’m paying.

I’ve switched over to Wave apps invoice which is free and has all but the time tracking. Hopefully I can trust this company or else I’m going to do this the old school way and create manual spreadsheets. Third times the charm I hope ! Best of luck to this company but I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to make things work for them. Other way around.

I came over to Moon Invoice when Totals fell into ghostware (at least on the Mac App Store) which must be four years ago now. I am on the Silver subscription as a freelancer needing only one business to keep track of. I rely solely on the invoice function, estimates and time tracking not so much. I did not have cross platform functionality with Totals which has been absolutely flawless during my entire time with Moon (iphone ipad and mbp). The only reason I do not rate Moon five stars is because, as far as I know, and this may have changed in an update, there is no way to associate a cost with a product. I would like a way to not count my expenses toward my total income.

I highly recommend this invoice software.

EasyInvoiceMakerApp is very helpful but I also find it hard to customize it like, every time I give an invoice, I need to remember to remove or change the default payment made which is ALWAYS PayPal.
If they could find a way to make it more intuitive would be better.

It took me forever to get the system figured out and after a few months I had it down. Every week I’ll copy 5 invoices from the previous week and set the dates on them so I don’t forget each day when I fill them out well I did it this week and it’s messed up my sequence in invoice numbers and the date can’t be changed I went from looking professional to looking like a friggin idiot. What kind of invoice number is 413.1??? When I trash the invoice I want the same invoice number as an option

Great app, I run a small floor polishing business and EasyInvoiceMakerApp has more than halved the time it takes to finish my quotes and invoices I no longer need a calculator or a calendar and also they look amazing and is very simple to set up and use. I downloaded EasyInvoiceMakerApp and a couple of similar apps but have come to greatly appreciated this one. With the additional services I have come to offer it does not limit me and thus will be using it going forward as it also gives a small business a professional outlook

After setting up an Invoice number Template like 00AM01, it will automatically go to the next invoice number e.g. 00AM02. That is very convenient. You can also add tasks, discounts, customize the invoicing template, add products that you purchased for the client and much more. Multiple functionalies in one invoice app platform.

For a mobile accounting app it does a fairly good job, and obviously the most important part is the Moon Invoice intigration and having that information accessible wherever I go. One of the best feature is, it offers cross-platform synchronization. One thing that should be add is web version of the application

I work as a flat rate mechanic and I use EasyInvoiceMakerApp to keep track of my hours and jobs that I have worked on because if I didn't I wouldn't get paid for the jobs that I have done that my employer missed on my time sheet. I would recommend other flat rate mechanics to use it instead of the old way on paper.

I find it easy to utilize. It's also user-friendly. It's so structured that anyone can learn it within a few hours. Once you get the hang of it, it's a cinch to navigate and use. It's been a few years since i've used this. So far, i've yet to reach out for professional help of invoice estimating.

My clients appreciate the detail it provides when I use the note feature, and I had an easy time setting up a logo and business profile. EasyInvoiceMakerApp is definitely user friendly, from inputting data on job descriptions to calculating payment information. 10/10 would highly recommend!

When looking for an invoicing software I really needed something that was easy on the eyes. Nothing overly complicated, and had an easy modern look to it, and provided reporting features. I found all these things at an affordable price with Moon Invoice. I just loved the simplicity of EasyInvoiceMakerApp. Day in and day out EasyInvoiceMakerApp functions flawlessly.

Love it. I recently started a side hobby business. This is a great little app to create invoices. I love how it allows you to input information to create an itemized invoice. Easily add tax and EasyInvoiceMakerApp keeps track of may thinks like tax, inventory, outstanding balances, etc. I would recommend using both the MacBook and Mobile versions. Thanks for creating a great Tool that is user friendly for beginners but give appearance of aprofessional!

Found EasyInvoiceMakerApp today and everything so far looks great! For my personal use I would need few things changed but as far as EasyInvoiceMakerApp it’s the best thing I’ve seen so far. Moon invoice is a great app for managing a small business billing app. I'm a technical contractor and it does everything I need. Creates great invoices, categorizes my expenses, track time which is crucial for contractors, and connects to my business bank account. The web front end is very nice and easy to follow. Incredible Honestly EasyInvoiceMakerApp is incredible I’ve always had the hardest time sending invoices as a HVAC tech but now it’s great I don’t even know what’s the difference between the pro and the regular but I paid the extra just because they deserve it truly

We use Moon Invoice Pro as the primary invoicing software. The program allows us to create different companies for the international branch and domestic branch of the company. The features of Moon Invoice allow us to manage credit notes and purchase orders in one convenient place. It is also one of the best software for online invoice payments.

I can only say wish i downloaded it earlier. My full year is almost up and switching to their books program same price but a lot more options.
