If I could give 0 stars I would. You have to login multiple times for various features, like getting a write off quote for example. Why should users have to login to their account more than once if you’re already signed into your account? Either this is a poorly ran company, or Bridgecrest developers have no clue what their doing. Payments especially should be a flawless experience.

Tries to log me in was able to start account but now won’t log in tried to log in and keeps going and going over and over won’t get past log in stage , horrible app , why the company promoting this to keep track of payments is beyond me since it’s not working

I keep getting texts all week about verification codes for log in. I have not been trying to log into my account at all. Two text each day this week. Please be advise with apples release of possible breaches in their software. I have contacted this app per email and have not received a response.

App just out of nowhere was like “The version of Bridgecrest you have installed is no longer supported. Please update now to continue using the this app app.” And when I tap to update it takes me to Bridgecrest in the AppStore but there is no update. I tap open in App Store and I get the same exact message.

Ive been paying $300 for 7 years Thanks for screwing me over , im 19 years old with a kid and was desperate for a car. Ive paid over the max amount owed and I've never missed a payment but i still have another 6 years left on my contract. You and drive time should be ashamed as humans. This is a scam.

I continually have issues with Bridgecrest . When I’ve contacted them for assistance they act like I am crazy and end up being zero help. Now Bridgecrest has updated and I can’t get into my account, once again. Now the anxiety builds because I’m going to have to contact them again, where they will tell me I’m stupid. I can not wait to be done with this place!

Bridgecrest is so buggy that I can't even get past the registration. Created an account in app because I have a car loan with them. Have to look up account using account number which I never got or date of birth. Can't just type DOB...you have to use pop-up calendar but once it pops up your stuck. Both hitting OK or Cancel to close it just pops the calendar back up and no way to close it out so you have to force close Bridgecrest and log in again....where you again get stuck on the same bug. I regret chosing them for my loan. Guess I'll make the minimum payments for a year and refinance with a company that has an app that works

I read the reviews and thought I’d give it a try and see. Sometimes apps work differently on different devices however I can’t even get logged into Bridgecrest. Initially it froze, then I deleted it and added it back. It finally opened but will not advance past authorization of my account. Upon attempting to register, it tells me the account is already registered with another user which is impossible because I am the only person on my account.
App needs updated and correct the bugs

A four year old app in 2023 should not have basic functionality issues. Especially when it concerns financial transactions. I have the most recent version so no, I don’t need to update my version.

There are way too many similar apps for this one not to follow suit.

Even the introductory experience of signing in isn’t user-friendly. Improve the UX/UI design please.

This bank don’t believe in helping no one in time of need. They have the car lot Drive time to lie to you about getting the warrant and you can go back and remove it, but that’s a lie and the warranty not even worth the money you pay for it. I will never deal with this app again. Poor customer service as well.

Can’t check how much is left on a payment, they made it insanely difficult to (if not impossible). Just three separate tabs to make payments. Thanks I almost missed it. Fix your app, I don’t want to login every time I want to tap a different option, I want things to actually load, and to not receive the same generic response you send to all negative reviews.

I even can’t log in my account, I’m trying to look it up and when I choose an option where I should put my full SSN and birthday day, it doesn’t go next, I stuck in the calendar and there’s no way to exit that window when you click on it.
How could you make so terrible app?

I used to be able to use Bridgecrest and now it just takes me to chatting with a rep. Won’t let me move past it. When trying to log in it automatically redirects me to Bridgecrest which does nothing for me. Super frustrating. Whatever bug this is needs to be fixed.

I’ve downloaded app several times. I’m not able to ever log in. I get technical error every time. this app has no problem taking money every month but major problem with app and letting me access my account. I’m going to pay off soon and will be filing complaints with attorney general and better business bureau. I anticipate many more issues with this sub par institution.

Set up the online account. Go to log in. Gets directed to set up account. Type in credentials. Says account already set up. Ok fine. Try to log in. Next screen is set up account. Do this a few times until I want to throw my phone. Never get into the account by the way.

this app gets its business from Carvana, who claims the lender is unaffiliated. Maybe technically, but not in any real-world sense. If you can bring your own financing to Carvana IMO you should, to avoid dealing with BC.

I’ve paid my loan off, and am now getting the runaround on getting confirmation of payment and getting their lien cleared and my title back. Go online and research how many people have had the same experience (and worse)— BC is basically a rash across the scam-watch websites— before you sign up with them. It will tell you everything you need to know about their posture with customers who pay loans off early.

If like me you weren’t aware of their practices before you got a loan there, try to refi it with a normal lender when you can. Good luck!

This is a broken and worthless app. I literally cannot log in to my account either with Bridgecrest or on the web. I was able to do both until about a month ago and now I can’t access any information. Bridgecrest just takes me to an Account Setup page which makes no sense since I already have an online account. I guess this company only wants to interact with its users via phone (which is what they’ll say in the reply below). Ridiculous that this is happening in 2024. Avoid avoid avoid.

I had an awful experience with this app, and I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this company. They were hiding critical loan information from me, which is not only unethical but feels like outright theft. Their customer service is abysmal—rude representatives, long wait times, and absolutely no resolution to my issues. It's clear they have no regard for their customers and are only interested in squeezing every penny they can. This company is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable lender. If this is the only lender you qualify with, save yourself the trouble and don’t even purchase the vehicle. Carvana uses them for pre approvals but stay away. It was a hassle to change my due date, and the rate I got compared to people with similar credit profiles like mine was absurd. I am thrilled to no longer be a customer with them, and if you are still a customer and looking to get out, look for a refinance elsewhere.

App works fine but the service is trash, you cannot get your title until after car is paid off they won’t allow you to sell/trade your vehicle it took a little minute before I could actually get a copy of my title everything about there service is just not it please spend yall money wisely don’t spend it with them 🗣️

Bridgecrest worked great the first day I downloaded it. I really had high hopes for Bridgecrest ! 😔 if you can get Bridgecrest to open. it does offer a lot of helpful, more convenient tools. To better assist the user it’s literally an all in one. I really hope that changes and tweaks are made to Bridgecrest . Most of the time when I try to login I’m receiving a moving circle within a moving circle. Bridgecrest never fully opens.

What’s the point of offering an app if you won’t keep up with needed updates to keep Bridgecrest running? Bridgecrest has been unusable for several weeks with no updates in sight. This is disappointing, the betas have been available to you for months and you guys just sat there doing nothing to prepare for the large amounts of users who upgraded their device and software. Do better.

I am trying to access my account and cannot. It says I need to have the most up to date app but when I go to update it there is nothing signifying an update. I even tried to use the full website and it constantly just takes me back to Bridgecrest that needs to be updated. Please fix this issue or allow me to update Bridgecrest . Thank you.

Bridgecrest worked fine the first week I had it. Opened Bridgecrest to check on my payment and it keeps telling me Bridgecrest isn’t up to date. Constantly sends me to App Store to update it yet it says the last update was over a month ago and there no option to update it. Even deleting Bridgecrest and then renewing it doesn’t work. How am I supposed to pay this app their money if their software won’t even work. Looking at other reviews for this also doesn’t make my confidence for this issue resolve. What’s the point in having an app to allow easy payments and use for the company if Bridgecrest doesn’t even work (which as I’ve been reading other reviews I’m not the only one who’s has similar issues or otherwise). If I wanted to call over the phone to make payments and check my balances or go to a physical location, then I wouldn’t have downloaded Bridgecrest . Either fix Bridgecrest so it works without issue or delete it and don’t offer it. At least that way I’d know not expect difficulty with this company or not.

Its not surprising that the same company that threatened to to repo my car after one week late making payment would have a terrible app. They are really good making threats with notified letters and calling but not good at actually serving there costumers. Anyway app DO NOT work just like all the rest of reviews will tell you.

What’s wrong with Bridgecrest? All it does is show that stupid little circle twirling around non-stop, hardly ever works, never can load for whatever reason. Probably will have to use the usual desk top site because so far Bridgecrest is practically useless.

I’ve been able to login once for the past twenty-seven times I’ve tried to get in. All that loads is that stupid blue circle.

After updating I can no longer log in.

This is the worst financial institute I’ve ever had to deal with. We’ve been a customer for 2 years and while they say that they will work with you on your payments in event of job loss, or etc… they will not.The original dealership set up our payments on Thursday’s even though we get paid Fridays, and they will not change it no matter how many times I’ve called which has caused overdraft fees. During covid when they said they would help because if quarantine, the would not because our loan was too new which I understand. Recently when I called to set up a payment arrangement, I received a letter after stating they were going to repo the car and that our payment was going to be 30 days past due and would be reported to the credit bureau. When I spoke with a rep about our payment arrangement I was informed that it wouldn’t affect our credit because we had the payment arrangement. They refuse to do anything to help even though we’ve never been late in the over 2 years we’ve had the car. They are a constant source of stress!!!

Worst customer service, hard to find pertinent information for your account such as how much is applied to your principle if you pay more. I finally got in touch with someone on the phone, sounds like they are outsourced. They informed me I would have to call in (to a phone number that is like finding Waldo on their portal or app, their customer support page only offers you an option to text support) when I want to pay more but in the next breath told me my overpayment would be automatically applied towards my principle. And to ignore the notification that all it did was decrease my payment for next month.

I can only shake my head at myself because I went through Carvana and didn’t have a choice at this loan provider. Also I’m still waiting on the email with my contract because you can’t even view that on Bridgecrest or portal. Beware!!!

So I paid for my car this last week an it said it took the money which it did not so I thought at least by that night it would take it but no it took 3 days to take the money my bank takes the money away regardless of it has went through or. Not so that I want think I have it when I really don’t so what I getting from this trash app is y’all taking y’all time which is unacceptable take the money when I pay or give me the car an leave me a lone tired of these trash company setting people up so they can get more money just do that one job I need an buss off This is a transaction based relationship all that other mess is out the door stop playing with me.. oh yeah fix this stupid app

At the end of October going into November I noticed that there were dozens of payments on my history with the date Oct 31. Somehow the system thinks I was Behind on payments. I contacted them and they insisted that despite what’s shown (in error) on Bridgecrest on my side I was in fact behind. I didn’t see how but I went along with it. I went ahead and paid the supposed past due amount. This most apps get updated regularly. Bridgecrest seems to go weeks without being updated. this app needs to do better

Beware that if you submit a payment on Bridgecrest under “Other Payments,” it does not make a principal payment. Instead, it makes a payment toward your next scheduled payment due. I have yet to figure out how to do a principal payment on Bridgecrest.

They requested more information: I would like to have the option to make a principal payment on my account on Bridgecrest , without having to call you all.

There should be an option on Bridgecrest the apply a payment to principal without calling it in. Getting someone on the phone takes a long time and once someone answered me in a different language.

My app recently stopped working, keeps telling me that I need to update it but it gives no option to update and I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling still nothing.

I have 2 cars and can only make payments online for one of them. I can not toggle between the cars. If I click on make payment regardless of which car account it is, I can only make a payment on the first car listed on my account.

I installed Bridgecrest when I purchased my vehicle and it has not worked since.

Cannot troubleshoot in app and actions by phone cost extra. They have made payments more difficult than anything else in my car buying experience. Do not recommend financing with this company.

It now ask me to log in with face or fingerprint. Guess it only tries fingerprint. Never see the facial recognition status. So I can’t log in. Sorry we don’t use fingerprint anymore on iPhone.

Worked for the first week i installed. After that I just get two circle circling each other. I had to uninstall and install Bridgecrest again for it to work.

So far the new update seems to be working then old version

I have had a great experience on Bridgecrest so far payments are made on time!! I would give 5 stars but.

I recently had an experience with an employee who tried to persuade me into increasing my monthly car payment by using different wording and tactics. While I appreciate their effort to present various options, I found it frustrating that the focus seemed more on upselling rather than respecting my budget. It felt as though the goal was to get me to agree to a higher payment through subtle changes in phrasing, rather than being straightforward about the true costs involved. Transparency and clear communication are important to me, and this experience left me feeling pressured rather than supported.

Just be careful when trying to pay on

So I.try to not just write bad reviews, I try t ok k also make sure I aknowoldge the ones w Bk I have been good. So I am currently going through some serious financial issues, and most companies can put you through some serious anxiety when late on payments, not this company I was panicking after two failed attempts on a recent payment, and I guess they could hear my anguish in my voice and they did the most surprising thing ever, they showed empathy and told me they will work with me and allow me some time to get the money which I aim going to pay. They spoke to me about my options and just made me feel hopeful and relieved. I say they a lot and that’s because I spoke to more then one ( missed 2nd attempt) so it was mot just one time that I got treated kindly from one agent who showed compassion but all of them . I have yet to speak to a rude agent. I am not a fake bot. But I do wanna say thank you to this company, I wish more were like this , I guarantee no one would ever go to collection of they were treated kinder. I let one credit card go into collection because they were nasty and tried bullying me and scolded at me so I’ll deal with my losses they will see
A penny from me again. this app will get paid no matter what. I just wanted someone to see a real review that isn’t negative .
