Sometimes when an Android app does not work, I delete the cache and the app works, sometimes I delete the cache and the data and then the app works. But this time neither fixes it; uninstall & reinstall does not work. porte customer service phone number 1-800-267-7080

Hey my Porte app is not working at all
- Routing and/or account numbers don’t seem to work everywhere for bill pay or linking accounts.
- Took two weeks to get new bank card.
- App doesn’t show balance and doesn’t contain link to activate card.
- Changing requirements to meet 3% APY on savings account.
