so on Saturday, I thought I lost my card so I went to check Cashing Place and got a new card and sent for a new one After getting a new card I couldn't log into my account. Once I logged into my account I did not see how much was in my account nothing bis showing up on my mobile app...

Sometimes when an Android app does not work, I delete the cache and the app works, sometimes I delete the cache and the data and then the app works. But this time neither fixes it; uninstall & reinstall does not work. porte customer service phone number 1-800-267-7080
