- Only able to check out with credit/debit card
- No way to modify the date and time for your order
- Ridiculously long wait to get through to customer service
- No live time tracking to let them know we’re on our way
- App makes you place your order then enter your security cvv number then place your order again
- Last page that you have to place your order again already looks like a receipt you have to scroll to the bottom to place your order
Everything works with my app until ai notify Zippy’s ‘that I’m here’. They don;t get that notification. I have to go inside and pick it up my self. Would appreciate if you can figure out what;s wrong, thankyou,Ned Ontai
For last month, app has shown title screen, then only stuck on blank white screen. Android. Tried on 3 separate phones. Checked background data usage, data saver, all permissions on. Forced stop. Cleared cache. Cleared data. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Frustrating.
