No logging in
Have not been able to pill up the mobile app for 3 days, Uninstalled and everything

Trying to make s purchase and the card is not functioning. Keep getting error messages payment info is not valid, check and try again.
I am trying to pay my bill but I can't get the button to work that says make a payment. I don't even know how much I owe or when I owe it doesn't tell me anything it just says how much I have used of my credit and how much I have left but it doesn't say anything else and the button doesn't work to make a payment.
I have installed brightway app on my phone and I have reinstalled it several times, updated the app and my phone and cannot get passed the login screen when setting up the account. Every password I put in does not work and I know it's the correct way to establish one. I need help on getting passed this so that I can make a payment on time. Thank you!
Same issue as others. Login never works along with any password reset attempts. It won’t load and just gives the same prompt without recourse. Tons of online forums say this about the app. It also crashes often. Same w OMF. I can’t pay bills using all. I always have to call to do so. And no one seems to be able to help in Customer Service.
I can never login to the app. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app a couple of times thinking that might solve the issue, but no luck, it does the same thing: you click on the app to load it and you just get a blank screen and it just won't load. when I go to the onemain site there is no problem accessing and loading my loan account info, but when you try to load the credit card account off the onemain site you still get the same thing: a blank screen. I've been having to use my laptop to access my credit card account. So maybe it's not just an app issue. Is anyone else having this problem? Very inconvenient.
Unable to log into the app. I can log into onemaine but when i then try to get credit card it says loading but never loads
