I am having a problem getting Safe Pilot to work. It says reset background app refresh. when I go there it is already greyed out. I have reloaded the software several times and rebooted the phone to no avail.

Receiving Harsh Braking indications when none occurred. Input is from cell phone accelerometer, I carry my cell phone in my front pocket apparently the phone orientation, bumps in the road, etc. give Harsh Braking indications. App says decelerating 8.25 mph/sec (0.376 g) or greater triggers Harsh Braking. This leads me to believe the accelerometer accuracy and resolution is not capable of the required accuracy.

I've had SafePilot since May. Had my 30 day trial and was listed once as harsh braking. Since then I've listed 2 more times with harsh braking. I think your idea at harsh braking is different than mine. However this is much more IMPORTANT. You have me as phone handling once. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I never use my phone while driving. I've tried to figure it out. On that particular trip I was waiting in a drive through. Car running of course. It came time to pay and I had my daughter reach behind my seat to get my purse which contained both my credit card and my phone. I have never once sent a text or answered one, have never made a call or answered one. I want to know...for future referance If just moving my purse around with my phone in it counts as phone handling. I've been a USAA customer for almost 40 years. I tried calling the phone # I have for safe pilot and get nothing but a busy signal. I don't know how bad my score has to be to lose my discount. I would really like for someone to contact me. But I'm not feeling confidant. You have NOTHING on your app about how I can contact you.

When I try to verify my phone it never sends the text message. I checked my profile and phone number is correct. I uninstall and reinstalled. I clicked on resend code several times. I restarted my phone. Still nothing.

Hello, Had to uninstall the app today due to it locking-up my phone, and battery drain. If I had an emergency I wouldn't have be able to call for help! Since the uninstall I haven't had an issue! Also, the app docked me for driving while making a call? I did not! I had one hands free call. It docked me for both a hands free and handheld.

I'm trying to continue my enrollment but when I press "continue" to submit my certification, I keep getting a "network error" message. I have already restarted my phone twice and tried switching between wifi and data but nothing works.

After an update on my phone, the SafePilot app keeps saying I need to set my Location to "Allow all the time" which it is. I tried other selections, etc. without success. The Open Settings doesn't work on the app but I think that is because the location permission is it own folder now. But when I click on Location I see USSA SafePilot as one that is listed and when I click on it, it shows "Allow all the time" selected. When I check the last time USSA SafePilot checked my location it show 1 minute ago. So it is working but for some reason the app doesn't think it is so I cannot review my trips. Thanks.

I have to go to Apple Store 5X a month to download the safepilot file because it ceases to record trips. I am on an I phone.
