How to fix One app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the One app on iPhone
Update One app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall One iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix One on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve One network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

One Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix One not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the One App
1. On android, goto Settings » One » click [Force Stop]

Update One to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear One App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » One » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart One.

Fix One unable to contact server/ One internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click One » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto One » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
