When I click on take a selfie or photo of my drivers license using the Carmax.com "documents" page from my Android cell phone, the screen will darken slightly and NOTHING happens??? Does anybody 🤔 know what this technical issue might be? Or how I could correct this problem?

Facial recognition no longer working or an option and keyboard doesn't even come up at Welcome screen.

I can't get to CarMax website, says to use Google chrome and that's what I am using. I have uninstalled and reloaded..no luck
