Having problems with my 2 cameras. Cannot pan cameras and getting false delayed alerts. I have had these a while so I know how they work. Doesn’t show battery condition and unable to move cameras. I think there is a fault with the app. Tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail.

I have shared the device with my husband and he is unable to watch video from his phone. Was able to until recently. I am able to watch videos also I have given him full control
On 3 occasions in the past couple weeks my phone alerted me to a doorbell ring in the middle of the night. No one was at the door and no movement alert was triggered. Is it a glitch or do I have a prankster who stays close to the outer wall, out of camera scope. Two of them have been Saturday nights between midnight and 2 am. Thanks
The cloud edge app stopped video play back on the wifes app we've had it for nearly a year. But it works fine on mine

I am not sure what is wrong with the camera it will record everything but do not record the neighbor next door when she is on the top of a steep ladder (which is attached to the fence) snooping into my yard over a 6 feet tall fence, has it been hacked or it is possible that she is disabling the camera, please let me know, if there is a solution for this problem I would be relief to hear also Thank you Luiza Leise
I'm trying to share the cloud edge app with a member of my family. The problem I'm having is the app timing out before I can get the QR code on my phone screen & the QR code scanner on the other phone to complete this step. Both apps literally time out in less that :30 seconds.

I HAVE TWO DEKCO CAMERAS MOUNTED OUTDOORS ON MY HOUSE. THYE WORK FINE EXCEPT THAT THE AUDIO WARNING AND STROBE LIGHTS, ALREADY SET, DO NOT FUNCTION. WHEN IT SENESE MOVEMENTS, THE CAMERA LIGHTS COME ON BUT THE AUDIO WARNING (ALARM) DOES NOT COME ON. IT HAS 2.4G WIFI AND THE WIFI STRENGTH TO THE CAMERAS IS HIGH-OVER 60%. HOW DO I SET THE AUDIBLE ALRAM TO FUNCTION ONCE MOVEMENT IS SENSED? THIS IS THE WHOLE POINT OF HAVING THE CAMERAS: FOR THEM TO SOUND ALARMS WHEN THEY SENSE MOVEMENT TO WRN ME AT NIGHT. I AM THINKING OF BUYING TWO MORE CAMERAS LIKE THESE BUT NEED THESE TO FUNCTION BEFORE I DO THIS. PLEASE HELP!!!!

When the door bell button is pushed, I can hear audio but when I try to use the intercom, it keeps trying to connect. There is also a message saying it need authorization.

The images load super slow after the recent update this week. Also the video playback (that I pay monthly for) is super slow or sometimes just don't work at all. Horrible update!

I have a DC8E camera and the images are good. But the motion alert messages stop coming after about one day, then when I use the menu to restart the device they again come for a day. Note I updated the camera firmware about 2 weeks ago. Thanks
