How to fix RetailX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RetailX app on iPhone
Update RetailX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RetailX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RetailX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RetailX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix RetailX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RetailX app issues:

Force Stop the RetailX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RetailX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RetailX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RetailX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RetailX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RetailX.

Fix RetailX unable to contact server/ RetailX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RetailX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RetailX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RetailX on android.
