Look, I’ve used crypto apps with five stars and lost money. The solana apps no longer will connect to the wallet through BitgetWalletexBitKeep . I’ve had to import the wallet to other web wallets to still use my funds. The polygon apps only connect for a minute and then it can’t load any of my balances. I’ve also been having issues with other chains and the apps saying I need to download the main chain token for that chain, even though I’ve already been using that and have that token. Idk what’s going on with this but it’s really obnoxious.

I normally don’t use other exchanges order than the major ones but i find bitkeep easy to understand and use since someone introduced it to me, that makes me recommended it for some of my guys and they are finding it lovely with zero complain, keep it up guys, it’s really a nice app to use

No control over sorting the order of wallets by name or type. Many of the links in the dApp section open up in Chinese regardless of what language is chosen in BitgetWalletexBitKeep settings. The Buy menu also opens in Chinese currency even if USD is selected in app settings. Too many bugs like this in BitgetWalletexBitKeep make all of the best features unusable for English or USD.

This wallet has a major problem right now.
I transferred 100NULS from my staking wallet to Bitkeep this morning to spend some gas and restake.
The wallet says it takes 60min to transfer the coins but it wont actually witdraw at all. I dont know about other coins but They are holding onto my NULS.
I have contacted customer service via email.

This is a scam. Don't deposit any money. I invest in mining pool . It showing you are gaining money but you cannot withdraw the money. I contact the support but they are asking me to pay the tax. And they will ask you to deposit the money in some address. Saying that within 24 hours they will unfreeze your account but still you cannot withdraw your money

To Stepehen: What happened to you was exactly the same thing happened to me. At first, it will give you interest so that you will be enticed to deposit more, but when your assets are quite big, it will all at once disappears. This bitkeep is totally scam and fake. My hard earned money was lost instantly and went to deceiver, stranger, and liar.

I have a DAPP account with bitkeep, and was recently advised that I need to deposit 30% of my balance to make USDT withdrawal from account. The account was recommended by friend who helped me with set-up process and was wondering if it was exposed to being scammed by said person who assisted with account set up.. as it is highly unusual for deposit to access account. Rather it is normal for a penalty to be applied for insufficient notice or closure before end date Can you advise if bitkeep require deposit from investor to access funds in account.. Please advise ASAP.. Thanks

I had $738 USDT in my bitkeep wallet. I clicked on USDT and it suddenly disappeared. I look in the history to see if it went anywhere but its blank.
