I bought doge a while back with they allowed with no problem and after selling or converting it’s a pain because not one do you have to have a minimum amount of crypto to transfer but you also have to have a specific bank on their list. I tried sending to my bank and it’s not on the list therefore I just gave money sitting there. I don’t have enough cash to purchase any crypto because the minimum for most coins is over 80 bucks and worst of all is that I was told that if you sign up you get 25 bucks worth of crypto. Here’s the catch. You get 25 dollars off their CRO crypto not of your choice and you have to enroll in some stupid credit card stake rewards for 180 days to get the 25 dollars worth of CRO . Some are 5000 CRO that had to be purchased on the stupid prepaid card and hold it there for the expected time period. That’s like 600 dollars to get 25 dollars . Lastly I tried to log in online and send a complaint and it stated that unfortunately since I’m in the US they cannot offer exchange services to me due to market regulations. Horrible experience and not recommended

Sent my crypto to be staked and earn in this wallet.
When the money is in CryptocomlDeFiWallet on a wallet you then need to send to an additional wallet within CryptocomlDeFiWallet to earn. Even though I sent my money to that address and it is in that wallet it says there was nothing in there and will not let me earn or take me to the next step. It just says I have none which is completely false (because I removed it back to another app ) and if it is because there is a minimum requirement to earn it does not say that. Don’t waste your time and just got another DeFi Wallet.

I also got ROBBED left and right . Receiving bitcoins and sending them out is even worse. It’s a joke !! It won’t allow me to move my bitcoins without covering there fees. Example: I paid something for $17 and they took out their fees of $7 and left me with $10 and get this... my invoice was not paid because it’s not enough (a big chunk went to fees). Another one out of $5 bucks I got .44 cents . BEWARE DO NOT USE CryptocomlDeFiWallet !!! You will get robbed ... it’s disturbing that they can do this to people.

Staked and was claiming rewards on ATOM. Now no matter what I do all it says is network error try again later. So the ATOM remains staked, can’t unstake, can’t change validators, can’t restake rewards. Any thing I try to do just get Network error. Try again later. The staked ATOM is still earning rewards just can’t doing anything with it.. Has been happening for over a week now and nothing I do gets rid of the error message or gives me control of the ATOM crypto.

gas fees are higher here. i bought DAI to stake on here and spent 4x more in gas fees than i ever would have received from APY. now there is $70 in eth and $46 in dai stuck on CryptocomlDeFiWallet - i tried to swap dai to eth and CryptocomlDeFiWallet got stuck “pending” for THREE DAYS. then i tried taking a loss and just abandoning the DAI and moving the ETH off to another wallet, now BOTH TRANSACTIONS ARE STUCK IN PENDING. CryptocomlDeFiWallet is literally such trash i have used sketchy no name exchanges that had a better user experience and actually worked as advertised. huge time and money sink, literally save yourself and don’t use this wallet.

CryptocomlDeFiWallet targets a variety different types of consumers, I would be the notice recreational trader. Crypto knows that a portion of their clients are like me.
Crypto makes no attempt to fully disclose in a clear, concise and unambiguous the amount of and types of fees you will incur. Particularly with moving common alt coins in and out of your Crypto brand wallet. Then costumer service is a joke. It takes way to long to get back. One time they got back to me several days later and since I didn’t respond within like 20 min they said they bye we are canceling chat.
Once I finally talked to someone they were of no help. I even offered that they cover one half of the ETH fee which around $90 to move $52 worth of alt coin.

Go to Coinbase, they have a smaller selection but they provide you with all the info you need to make your novice choices. I’ll have no further dealings with Crypto until I can pull my alt coin out of it and then I will remove the apps from all devices. Once I can move that coin for 1 cent less than its value I will move it.

My brother has well over $36,000 dollars or more into crypto specifically (SHIBAUSD) and they terminated his account due to a business decision and said his moneys their but he can’t withdraw any of it. Like what kind of business decision is that and they apparently say in their they can lock/freeze your account whenever they want basically for no reason. But I’d like to know what good business decision was that. Plus i feel like their gonna make a move to somehow steal that money and say something else to make it seem like he did something wrong.

Update: Version 1.1.5 is working as expected so far. If any issues, import the seed phrase into another wallet like a Ledger, Trezor or software wallet.

I’m using app version 1.1.4 and it is buggy. App worked fine initially but then at some point I was unable to send tokens. Then it showed zero balances for everything. I was able to move all funds out by importing the seed phrase onto a Ledger. Save your seed phrase and if CryptocomlDeFiWallet doesn’t work as expected, import your seed onto a compatible wallet like a Ledger or Trezor. I don’t recommend CryptocomlDeFiWallet at this time (version 1.1.4) until they work out the bugs.

DO NOT STAKE WITH CryptocomlDeFiWallet TOKENS DO NOT PROPERLY UNBOND!! For those that are new, coins can be staked for interest. When one is finished and wants to withdraw their tokens, it must go through an unbonding period (for CRO 28 days, for ATOM 21 days). After this period, the coins are supposed to be returned to your wallet. Except they don’t with CryptocomlDeFiWallet.

Been using it for about a year but there are too many bugs, it has become intolerable. Support for the software is useless at best and instead of resolving problems, updates have caused more. Stay away unless you want $thousands, or however much, lost to the crypto ether. Please heed this warning and spare yourself of the headache of trying to recover your coins. I have yet to be successful.

I have been using this wallet for a couple months now. The setup was super easy and the interface is simple and easy to use. Now to the bad news. Almost every time I open my app the balance either glitches and shows $0 (which gives me a mini heart attack) or just doesn’t load at all. When I contact support they say something along the lines of “sorry, just deal with it” instead of just fixing the bugs. As soon as CryptocomlDeFiWallet works again I am transferring my crypto to the Loopring Wallet. I’m tired of this.

I’ve been trying to connect both apps for the past two weeks and it just isn’t loading for me. I have coins in both apps but I’d like to have them connect so I can actually go back and fourth. I’d like to get that resolved because I saw something about receiving another kind of coin for having ripple in your wallet, which I have so I’d love to take advantage of that.

Also curious about not being able to purchase certain coins like TRN.

Everything about CryptocomlDeFiWallet works great EXCEPT for the Cronos Beta trade section. I have tried for 5 days to figure out the issue but no luck. When I try to trade Cronos CRO for VVS so I can stake the page opens and only VVS, Finance appears at the top and the rest of the page is clear. No one to contact about how to resolve this issue. HELP PLEASE !!!!!!!!

Outside of the Cronos Beta trade issue and lack of customer service CryptocomlDeFiWallet would be 5 stars easily.

Very slow experience. Sure some great interest rates on some coins when holding via the wallet. But as far as CryptocomlDeFiWallet itself it tends to get stuck connecting quite often. And a weird bug where if loading it won’t brighten your screen back up after the loading icon vanishes. 3 stars for the interest options.. but exodus is the best hot wallet on the market hands down. So three. Stability matters when we are talking about holding crypto.

Using this in United States, I’m unable to buy some crypto currencies. The buy button is just straight up not available. Is there a reason why that is? I thought I could buy any available crypto on CryptocomlDeFiWallet. Some examples of the ones not working: ADA and BSV. I can share screenshots and stuff if that helps.

The card/staking thing y’all are complaining about… that helps keep the network decentralized. Which is a good thing. Calm down and do some reading before you start with the ranting and raving. If you don’t like reading then just put the crypto down and move on with your life.

Everything about the wallet runs smooth from buying directly from your wallet (not of exchange), hodling your Nft’s, and transfers from one wallet to another is pretty easy as well. I feel all the bad reviews are from folks who don’t really know how to operate a DeFi wallet. Love the wallet.

I see a ton of reviews of people saying the wallet charges crazy high fees to move erc 20 tokens well that’s not CryptocomlDeFiWallet people that’s how much it cost no matter what wallet you use eth transfer and swap fees are high doesn’t matter if you use this wallet or MetaMask or coinbase wallet all the same huge fees. I love this defi wallet I have been using it for the cronos blockchain fees are super cheap like 1 or 2 cro and super fast transaction it’s a lot like the bsc chain only the cronos is in beta but so far it’s great so don’t look at all these high fee reviews because eth is high everywhere use cronos

CryptocomlDeFiWallet works as it should, people complaining about fees and lack of customer service are putting the blame on developers when it’s not their fault - this is how the blockchain works! Learn it or stray away from crypto completely if you’re going to be complaining about network fees. Wait until Ethereum 2.0 releases then perhaps the network fees will be lessened drastically. Again - the developers of CryptocomlDeFiWallet have no control over network fees. If your balances show zero, refresh or check out your wallet address on etherscan to confirm your funds are still there.

Thank God and Devs for completing this needed update that fixed a MAJOR issue!
Version 1.2.0 can’t access my funds
The 2-step feature wouldn’t accept the Authenticator App 6 digit codes and after so many attempts it locks you out.

I downloaded version 1.0.1 and it will NOT load my balances from the crypto.com app.

Very disappointing considering Crypto.com’s wonderful platform.
