First you cannot select your location. My location is stuck on one store and I cannot get it off no matter what I do, no matter how many times I order from the same store. I am unable to participate in rewards or receive any special coupons or discounts because I cannot use FlowerChild. I have to use my computer and it’s not the best website but it is 1000 times better than this terrible app. Do you not create an app that thinks for me I want to select things from a list and you won’t let me select my favorite location and closest location. I love your food but I hate your technology you should fire anybody connected with it.

I love using FlowerChild to put in my to go orders. It makes everything so simple and saves time waiting in line to order and then waiting again for my food. My biggest complaint, however, is that I can’t load any gift cards. My friends and family know I love FC and give me gift cards all the time but since FlowerChild won’t take them I am back to having to order in person if I want to use them. Please add a gift card función and FlowerChild will be perfect!

Love using the Flower Child app, makes ordering delivery a breeze! You can also use FlowerChild for in-store pick up or paying at the store which is awesome if you’re in a rush while on a lunch break. I’ve been using FlowerChild during the shelter-in-place order a couple of times a week!

As a vegan, my food options are limited. As the only vegan in my family of seven, it makes I nearly impossible to satisfy everyone! Flower Child is my go-to place to meet the needs of everyone!! And knowing the delicious food is healthy for everyone it’s a mom’s dream 😁😍

App is glitchy at the final order page. Sometimes you hit place order and it goes through immediately, but usually it gives a network error first and then you have to try again. It’s a bit annoying. Otherwise the menu pages are clear and easy to choose from.

I bought a $50 e-gift card and received a $10 bonus e-gift card. I loaded them into FlowerChild and it confirmed they loaded but when I went to view my balance in FlowerChild it was $0. The transfer process zeroed out my gift cards and now my money has disappeared. If you buy a gift card, don’t load it into FlowerChild . I have been waiting several days for them to respond about my issue and I’ve heard nothing.

I really enjoy the ease of use in FlowerChild . It’s up there with Chipotle on the “I need my food now” kind of easy. Good rewards program and easy to scan FlowerChild for points if you’re eating in too.

FlowerChild provides NO option to add a receipt that was not scanned at the restaurant. When contacted, you are asked to send in a photo of the receipt, but that doesn’t work either. There is no reason for this to be hard.

App is a bit clunky, especially if you have a previous order. Wants to use previous order even if you want to start a new one. Have to edit previous order to match want you want this time.

...need to change tip section to allow custom tip rather than just set percentages. Not everyone tips on takeout. I do, but not usually 15%, and that’s the lowest setting. That’s appropriate for dine-in wait staff. Because of this I usually switch and order online instead of through FlowerChild .

Hard to find places with real healthy food with gluten free options while on the go around here. Great customer service that pays attention to order details. Love this place! <3

I don’t like that this forces a % tip. I should be able to add a $ amount as I can when I order online. Also does not allow me to say who the meals are for. That is very helpful as I order for 15 people, again, available on your website

Delicious food. Ordered to-go every time and always packaged correctly. Usually order for groups and everything is always right. Fast and fresh

Flower Child is the best restaurant serving healthy food in the area. As someone on a Mediterranean diet combined with the beauties of Turkish cuisine, I usually set my bar for healthy and delicious food pretty high. And Flower Child ticks all the boxes! Lovely staff, great service!

FlowerChild is good and works well. However, there isn’t an option to remove the onions from the Mother Earth bowl. Other than that, I’d recommend and I use it all the time versus the web version.

We love Flower Child because of their ability to cater to those of us who have food allergies/intolerances. FlowerChild does not show you the allergens for each food item so I have to go between FlowerChild and the website when placing an order. FlowerChild also allows very little customization.

Flower Child is my fav healthy spot! The salads are delicious, and always a generous portion! Thank you Flower Child for all the hard work, friendly service, beautiful location & great food:)

My 5 year old daughter and I go on many mommy and daughter dates. We live that it’s healthy and nourishing food... yet TASTE explosion! This has become my favorite place to eat!

Kind of frustrating that there doesn’t appear to be a way to set a designated order pickup time, it just gets immediately submitted and made. Trying to place an order for lunch time and am glad the location isn’t actually open yet or I would’ve had to call and cancel/move the order back which defeats the purpose of using an app to order food.

Love FlowerChild ! It’s such an easy, user-friendly experience. They also send coupons which is awesome!

So many options and everything is so yummy! My all time favorite is their Yuzu Brussels sprouts. AMAZING!

Wish they would add a customized top instead of 4 choices only with set oercentages.

It would be great to be able to see previous orders sorted by date—most recent first!

So FlowerChild uses LevelUp but the location I try to use it for does not take LevelUp. That is also the only way you can use rewards. I have several pending charges from LevelUp. Seems super glitchy.
