Worst Restaurant app ever.

First you cannot select your location. My location is stuck on one store and I cannot get it off no matter what I do, no matter how many times I order from the same store. I am unable to participate in rewards or receive any special coupons or discounts because I cannot use this app. I have to use my computer and it’s not the best website but it is 1000 times better than this terrible app. Do you not create an app that thinks for me I want to select things from a list and you won’t let me select my favorite location and closest location. I love your food but I hate your technology you should fire anybody connected with it. Frustrated in Dallas TX

Caution - gift card load does not work

I bought a $50 e-gift card and received a $10 bonus e-gift card. I loaded them into the app and it confirmed they loaded but when I went to view my balance in the app it was $0. The transfer process zeroed out my gift cards and now my money has disappeared. If you buy a gift card, don’t load it into the app. I have been waiting several days for them to respond about my issue and I’ve heard nothing.

Can only place immediate orders

Kind of frustrating that there doesn’t appear to be a way to set a designated order pickup time, it just gets immediately submitted and made. Trying to place an order for lunch time and am glad the location isn’t actually open yet or I would’ve had to call and cancel/move the order back which defeats the purpose of using an app to order food.
