I always have to argue with the employees at certain locations just to make a Thai Tea sweet because ItsBobaTime does not allow you to customize the drink but yet you can customize the same flavor in a smoothie? So annoying!

Will not take credit card info. Tried adding several different credit cards. Every time it just says error and clears the screen. Very frustrating!

If you want people to use your app when ordering, then you need to have an app that actually works well. It’s really frustrating to order from your app, wait for my order, go into the store to pick up my order, and find out that the employees aren’t even aware of my app order. I suppose that’s why there isn’t a notification in ItsBobaTime to tell you that your order is ready… because no one that works at the store is even aware of the order! And last but definitely NOT least, one of the drinks I ordered wasn’t even available but I was able to order it through ItsBobaTime and was charged for it. So frustrating!

Reset password for account. Email does not exist.

Only email I ever use….so if it doesn’t exist in the system but my phone number does then how can I update the account or reset passwords or ORDER AHEAD.

Super frustrated and I’m complaining about a boba app right now so that says a lot

App fails all the time and can’t take advantage of discounts available only on app purchases... pop up error asks to try again the following day... smh

I only see two locations on ItsBobaTime , I know for sure there’s some nearby and I thought it will be here on ItsBobaTime . To my surprise it isn’t in which is very disappointing. So I have to drive to get it as take out and drive back.

I went to the store to get drinks and I gave them my credit card and showed them ItsBobaTime to get the stamps but they said they can’t give me my stamps after charging the card. Stupidest thing ever!

Only reason I got ItsBobaTime was to order Açaí bowls in advance to avoid a huge wait. Clearly ItsBobaTime doesn’t reflect the stores options. Very disappointing.

After the update, I can’t add a credit card which takes away the convenience of ordering ahead for pick up.

Please update ItsBobaTime to where it’ll work without any issues + work anywhere in California not just in SoCal!!!! It’ll make ordering ahead way better

You can’t select ice level in smoothies, add ingredients that aren’t a part of a standard boba/sugar package and can’t add special instructions. That means that for me, a frequent Boba customer, ItsBobaTime is completely useless.
It’s also not comfortable or nice-looking like Chipotle’s. Buttons are small and each time you order anything you go through a series of unnecessary steps and selections that add unnecessary frustration to the experience.

All the locations have an order ASAP option …except the one near me where you have to wait 40minutes to order one drink. Very annoying and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. They also don’t have the macarons on ItsBobaTime .

love going to boba time and using ItsBobaTime to order ahead but one day it stopped accepting my cards to pay at the end! wish they could fix this :( a good app to use before it broke though

Easy to use app but the UI can be improved. The implementation of Wallet would also be amazing. Those two things would bring my review up to 5 stars. :) 💛💛💛

I enjoyed ItsBobaTime for a few weeks until ItsBobaTime suddenly took away the option for us to write our own customizations in their “add customization” section. I wouldn’t complain about this if their ice customization worked. Also, I think there should be a 125% sweetness level customization option in the sweetness level customization section. Also, it would be nice if ItsBobaTime had an order status section so we’d know if our orders are ready for pick up but people wait in line for pick up orders anyway so I guess it’s fine. Overall, ItsBobaTime is ok to use.

I was a fan of ItsBobaTime for a few months, until it started rejecting my payment options. Which have plenty of credit on them, so it’s weird. Gonna delete and start over. Hopefully that will help.

I order boba mobile a lot and every time I open ItsBobaTime I have a different user experience. For starters: after choosing pick-up time, the page will just stay in a perpetual load. Sometimes the menu won’t load at all. I haven’t been able to make any customizations such as extra ice, or almond milk. One of my favorite drinks is also missing from the menu so that’s annoying. I hope I will see an update available for ItsBobaTime soon!

ItsBobaTime so far is pretty decent, just your standard app. However, I do wish that you would be able to add extra of the add ons. I usually like to get two scoops of the straw popping pearls, but it won’t let me do that on ItsBobaTime .

I got an email back from the company and they solved a problem on their end so I could add a credit card. They then followed up with me again to be sure all was well. Super impressed with their prompt customer service! I assumed I’d never hear from them and would just have to be sad. :D

Great app, intuitive and easy to use. Except it won’t allow me to process payment, so I can’t actually use it. Several family members have tried ItsBobaTime over a few days and none of us can get the payment to work. It just says “credit card details invalid’. Note: they don’t take Amex, so we tried another payment method when we figured that out. I reached out to the company, but we’ll see if they get back to me. :( Frustrating for such a good app.

Listen, I’m devastated that my local location I normally go to isn’t participating in ItsBobaTime , apparently. But it’s It’s Boba Time. And I love boba.. which they provide me... how could I not give them a five star?

Online ordering does not work. Attempted multiple times to place an order via app for pick up. Just keep getting a pop up stating once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled.

It doesn’t notify when the order is ready.

very amazing app! helped me order a lot of boba during quarantine. the boba was also very yummy.

This is my second complain about the overtime. Yeah I’ve never works because any stores that are open 90% of the time don’t except online orders because they’re too lazy a.k.a. we are busy right now so we aren’t excepting online orders. Tell the owner that you guys are too busy to make more money for them. And Boba time also will kick you out after you’ve been standing in line for 20 minutes just because they are closing and you were there before closing time.

The Boba time ordering app never works. It’s pretty insulting that one of the reviews from your workers there says the app works great most of the time exercise in patience and re-try again later. That does not help a customer out in anyway except insulting them. So not only is your app or your workers up to par your customer service is below par by far. I have tried the app over 40 times and it is only worked once. That tells me it’s either your workers are slow, or lazy, or do not care about customer service. Because it’s not the app working it’s the workers not excepting online orders at the location.
