Possible Scam
I submitted photos almost 5 days ago no response and the chat bot just gives me an auto reply the site claims 24hrs so yeah it would be great to get some kind of response...

stop sending me emails and billing me for something i didn't get or knew it will charge. that's not smart to try to play smart to make money.
if you want to do it right. first charge. and then send the product!

Took My Money
I’ve been using this app for a few months now and I’ve always chose to pay $2.99 per photo edit, however since my business is getting more products now I figured I’d go with the monthly deal which is I think 8 pictures for $20.00 per month. I chose this monthly plan and provided this app with my card so it could authorize it monthly. I went over the 8 pictures not even realizing it and this app sent me an email stating that they were automatically upgrading my plan to 23 pictures a month for $50.00. I immediately responded back to the email telling them to NOT upgrade my plan and that I’d pay $2.99 per photo and to NOT charge my card. They charged my card anyway $50.00 and i called their so called phone number on the email and it’s automated and I can’t talk to anyone and I’ve emailed this so called David person and all I get is an an auto email saying he’s on vacation at the moment. I didn’t authorize this and since I can’t get in contact with the this app app my next step is to contact Apple customer support to see if they can stop these recurring charges.
