Definitely doesn’t worth the price, would not recommend at all...

Lacks content

The content it does is pretty great but it lacks a lot of what I try and look up in it. Decent as a supplement to pocket medicine but is not, in my opinion, a replacement which others have said.

Go-to inpatient medicine reference

Easier to use and better organized than the MGH book, though not updated as regularly. But full of more useful point of care things, like capacity assessment flowcharts and tables full of antiarrhythmics and their dose ranges. Works offline unlike UpToDate. My most used inpatient medicine reference.

This is a very helpful app to quickly review topics.

I would like to make a request to expand topics by default or have a setting to do so. For some reason HospitalistHandbook can be a little glitchy and not open the sections.
