Wasted 3 hours trying to order
After reaching the delivery slots that’s showed my order has zero kd I select a slot and end up in the payment page where I place the order but Sultan tell me to enter shipping method which I did and it takes me back to the cart . This kept on happening until I was unable to order al all slot were unavailable .
In addition when u save a shopping cart to a list and later retrieve the list to add back to the cart the item quantities double for every item
Sultan can not handle the load in these times and still needs lots of fixings
What a waste of 3 hours last night unable to place an order

this app center is one of the best supermarket chains in Kuwait with a positive in-store experience and customer service, but to have an app associated with the TSC brand that is glitchy, slow, and everything else that other commenters have already listed, hurts the this app brand.

On average it take me 15-20 minutes to complete an order because of long screen loading times and glitches that don’t recall my saved address and sometimes the shopping cart will just delete itself and you have to start over.

Each item takes an extra long nap time to load, cart takes the same, updating address takes the same, end of wasting at least teo hours to load a cart and place an order, it doesn’t deliver same day, most next day slots are even full, then maybe after a few days I recevie calls ma’am we are sorry so and so out of stock... you should’ve given some effort upgrading Sultan seeing the current circumstances but zero stars

Great app that works as it’s supposed to. And it’s much easier and functional than their website. I’d recommend using Sultan for orders. Same day deliveries possible on Sultan too.

Items not updated nor comprehensive. You cannot choose the branch. They will not tell you items are unavailable on time. Customer service takes about 5-7 business days to solve a problem. Generally frustrating but for desperate folks who cannot go shopping physically an okay solution.

this app Center Online order was horrible experience.. delay 25 minutes to receive the order ...
received less quantity items of the order..
and the items price at bill more than the online price...
I ordered fish with descriptions 800 gram per piece (approx.) and I received small fishes around 400 gram per piece.
I complained about that to the delivery man and call center who not solve the problem.

Hello I’m an old customer and subscriber and I’m facing difficulties connecting to Sultan . After I finish placing my order Sultan closes without taking my order or in other words crashes please do something about it 😠

Placed order and last minute notification day of delivery that order was delayed several days. Order was for around 25kd and only 9kd was actually available even though everything in stock. No update list of what is coming till order comes.

Can’t log in, glitching over and over, when I can sign in it takes forever to load, doesn’t recognize my area one min and the next minute it shows. What is wrong with Sultan? Like who made it??? You need to go back to the developers room

In times like full lockdown applications should be reliable. However app is crashing for 2 days now and no one seems to have fixed it. Please work on it.

Please, please this app Center, get rid of this horrible, clunky, slow, laborious, antiquated, dull and inefficient app. Whoever designed it for you the first time- please use someone else the next. Really tired of this bad app. You can do so much better, this app Center.

No matter what I do, I can not login after I logout.
I even tested it to see if the problem was on my side so created a new account just to logout to see what will happen, and what was the outcome? lo and behold, the exact same thing where I can’t login!!

What the purpose of an app if I can’t use it?!

Ever since the new update Sultan keeps crashing all the time had to remove it because it’s not usable

Excellent shopping experience in person, but worst delivery experience. The team was excellent in the beginning, but over the last 6 months the service became terrible.

For a respectful chain like this app Center it takes long time to load god I hate it
And when I finally order after like an hour half of my order would not be delivered cause it’s out of stock which means YOU SHOULD SAY ITS OUT OF STOCK IN YOUR DISASTER APP

I placed an order with them using their app and they decided to cancel my order 87 minutes after their three hour window closed.

Then when I tried to re-order. Several items were missing.

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW YOU CONDUCT YOUR BUSINESS.

Sultan is working well with very high technical choices. Thanks TSC

I downloaded Sultan and I was registering my new account and I entered my phone number, I was supposed to get OTP via message and I wasn’t getting any sort of message from this app Center. Disappointing.

Easily the most horrible shopping app.

Sultan became worse after the recent update. Much slower. Last time I ordered, the status was not updated on Sultan nor by email.
