This is the worst Patient Portal . It just doesn't even work now. Gives me an error about the wrong browser version. I am using the latest version of Google. I tried using Password Reset and it doesn't work. My new password matches the criteria exactly but it doesn't change. Tried getting help from the IT people but they don't answer the phone. Left 2 messages but no call backs.. With any luck Jackie is fixing the issues. Bottom line is that this Patient Portal is absolutely useless. Even if I could get it there is never any information to view. Test results, etc are never updated unless you complain. I JUST GIVE UP !
One of my two providers is not available. I can log in, but it says no practice is available and all my records are gone.
Doesn't work when I enter phone number and birthdate
The ID and password I use doesn't work.
