I have a problem with Breeze

User reports:
No current problems

- App is not family-friendly. It needs to be enabled for use with multiple patients, especially for minors.

- There is no way to message providers even though I was told at a appointment that you could.

- Also no one ever answers the phone, it’s a blanket voicemail that says they will call back which is a coin toss if they will.

- I did notice that when I changed screens I was at the bottom of the next screen and had to physically get to the top of the next screen.

- There is no record on the app of anything owed or payments made even though there is a specific button to push for just that.

To resolve Breeze network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Breeze App
1. On android, goto Settings » Breeze » click [Force Stop]

Clear Breeze App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Breeze » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Breeze.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Breeze » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Breeze » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Breeze
