- App is not family-friendly. It needs to be enabled for use with multiple patients, especially for minors.
- There is no way to message providers even though I was told at a appointment that you could.
- Also no one ever answers the phone, it’s a blanket voicemail that says they will call back which is a coin toss if they will.
- I did notice that when I changed screens I was at the bottom of the next screen and had to physically get to the top of the next screen.
- There is no record on the app of anything owed or payments made even though there is a specific button to push for just that.
The app crashes after I in and I can’t pre register for my appointment
