Get Pricing Info for Quality SystemsIn the past, I was able to use the Patient Portal. Now, it doesn't recognize my user name, my email address, my zip code, or my birth date, or any other way to access the portal or reset my password. In other words, it is totally unusable.

The NextMD.com website (or app) doesn't work at all. It gives a time-out error every time I go to it. I can't even get to the login screen.

This app is terrible. It is the most complicated design I have ever encountered, and it has the least amount of information of any patient portal I have ever used. This is the opposite of what a patient portal should be. It is frustrating to have a login and absolutely nothing worthwhile to look at. It can’t even send you a notification properly. When you click on inbox with notifications, it lets you click on the notification then it takes you to your whole medical record. You then click through every tab, which has nothing in it. After you have spent 5 minutes clicking through everything, you walk away wondering what the notification even was. I am deleting the app. They wasted money on this app. The developers should give them their money back. My real rating is -5stars.

Being forced to use this piece of absolute garbage app from the largest healthcare provider in my state is maddening. Start with the layout itself. Is this 2022 or 2000? That’s even if you can get into it. AN UNEXPECTED ERROR OCCURRED. Every time you touch it. That is unless you completely shut your phone down, then restart you can log in ONCE before ERRORS stop you. My college kid could create a better, safer app which leads to the question-whoever lobbied to buy this app within your medical organization should be fired or questioned as to why. Other options exist. Except for the patient.

Why bother? I just started going to a community medical office that uses this platform for their portal. I was surprised to find such a poor overall design. There’s no excuse for it especially with how far technology has come today. The developers haven’t even gone as far as to update the app for the newer iPhones that fill the whole screen. The text size is way too big and overall the app itself is slow and clunky like an old car. Get it together! If only the office used my chart instead, it’s phenomenal and this company has a lot to learn from the markers of MyChart.
