-I have yet to have a virtual/video visit with my provider because of a glitch with the question about whether I have bee there before.

-The only way I can do it is to go get somebody’s tho can see to select that one darn radio button.

-I tried and tried to use this app it will not allow me to choose yes or no when you get to the button that wants to know whether or not you’ve seen this doctor before.

Just stopped working no reason. I have followed trouble shooting and nothing works. I have cleared cache and data 200 times, I have uninstalled and reinstalled 100 times. I have updated the Android OS and rebooted phone and it isn't working. My phone is an Android 7.0 and according to what you have printed this should work. My wife installed it on her phone today and it has same error as mine. My appointment has been missed two weeks now. Why is this happening?

How to fix VSee Clinic app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VSee Clinic app on iPhone
Update VSee Clinic app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VSee Clinic iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VSee Clinic on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VSee Clinic network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VSee Clinic Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VSee Clinic not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VSee Clinic App
1. On android, goto Settings » VSee Clinic » click [Force Stop]

Update VSee Clinic to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VSee Clinic App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VSee Clinic » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VSee Clinic.

Fix VSee Clinic unable to contact server/ VSee Clinic internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VSee Clinic » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VSee Clinic » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VSee Clinic
