my app is not working properly. I have absolutely no results showing for my account. One of my granddaughters shows up, the other one is the same as mine - nothing there.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyQuest app issues:

Force Stop the MyQuest App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyQuest app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyQuest to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyQuest App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyQuest app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MyQuest.

Fix MyQuest unable to contact server/ MyQuest internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MyQuest » "Force Stop".

Again, got MyQuest » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
