Great app but I was worried about all the people having sound issues in the reviews. I bought Sonya6000VirtualCamera and ... sound didn’t work! Quick research fixed it. Apparently many apps won’t play sound if your soft mute is on. Soft mute is the upper left button on your iPhone. I think of it as my ringer mute. Turned that off and the sound worked! Sonya6000VirtualCamera is a simple but complete reference tool worth the money as I know I’ll forget most of the information and need to visit again and again.

There has been some concern with the sound working. I just installed on an iPhone 7 with IOS 11.4.1 and its perfect. This is a great app. There is a picture of the controls on the back of the camera. Touch one and there is a brief video explanation of what it does and how to use it If it’s a menu, it opens all the choices or sub-menus with similar explanations. It’s a super learning or reference tool for this very complex camera system.

Sonya6000VirtualCamera is simply pretty brilliant... Sony’s A6000 has so many options, not knowing the system can be frustrating. Its wroth the five bucks when the complete guide for the A6000 has 590 pages.

I’m learning a good bit from Sonya6000VirtualCamera . Just un-mute your ringer with the switch on the upper left side of your phone.

Good app, but stopped working with my iPhone speakers. I can only hear the sound if I plug earphones.

All of the tutorials are in video form, but there is no audio, which makes them pretty useless. It looks like it could be a great app if this problem were fixed. I’ll adjust my star rating if/when the audio issue is resolved.

The video sound worked for me. But it is only the back of the camera. There’s no access to the top (with shooting modes!!!! C1, or the other adjustment) or the front of the camera (lenses!!!). For the cost it’s a waste.

I was looking forward to learning about my new a6000 with Sonya6000VirtualCamera. Purchased, downloaded and immediately started Sonya6000VirtualCamera up....NO SOUND, all I saw was Gary speaking and I’m not that great at reading lips!! Please fix or refund my $$!!
