Direct Health for Patients Reviews

DirectHealth has been a very useful tool for me to connect with a physician who was able to provide me with practical care and recommendations that were backed by peer-reviewed articles/data. The doctor shared this information with me. The service was convenient and easy to use. I did have an issue when entering my address as some other reviewers mentioned but I was able to get through this step and ultimately my correct address was able to be input.

Dr. Smiley was able to evaluate my GSD remotely via the Medici App during Coronavirus when veterinarian offices were closed. He recommended a change in her diet as well as adding hip and joint supplements to her daily routine. He addressed her arthritic pain and provided valuable information on how to control her quality of life as she continues to age. She is like a puppy again, full of life and energy. I couldn't be more thankful for his professionalism and the convenience of telemedicine.

Over 84 hours now with out a reply, response or even a auto bot msg. App does say that they are very busy and that’s understandable. However listing that you typically reply within 12 hours? Going on days 4 now.
Unable to delete Credit Card info from profile, does not even give you the option. No charges have shown up at this time but did contact my bank to give the, a heads up. Four days wasted when we could have been getting real medical help elsewhere.

Has been a lifesaver. I work long hours and taking off work can sometimes feel impossible and definitely anxiety ridden. Crazy part is it’s actually cheaper than my copay most of the time and also the ability to save all of that time commuting and waiting is priceless

The idea of DirectHealth is great. We are a one doctor veterinary office, and we are trying to offer telemedicine during the COVID-19 quarantine. After extensive research, setting up our account and receiving the set-up phone call it was revealed that there is a $495 set-up fee. At this point, we are not going to continue telemedicine once the quarantine is lifted. My only issue is that the set-up fee is not clearly indicated prior to signing up, and at the point it is indicated, you’re far too invested and all of your company information is entered in this application.

I was able to use DirectHealth to connect with my general doctor when I was too sick to go to her office. It’s great because you can talk to your personal doctor, not a random one that gets assigned to you like with other apps

Had an issue with the doctor not getting back to me. I attribute it to the Coronavirus. They responded to my concerns.

During the times where everything is being censored and we have a pandemic that doctors are not prescribing medication that is FDA approved to help with Covid 19, Dr Marble is saving lives.

My pup got stung by a bee today and boy am I glad I had Medici. I found a vet and asked for advice and an hour later the swelling was next to nothing. If I didn’t have Medici I would have had to wait! The future is here.

Being able to get great care from my vet, dermatologist, and primary care doctor using DirectHealth has been a lifesaver. I’m able to get care without taking hours off work.

These lousy tech oligarchs gave my doctor one and a half hours to comply with an exorbitant fee increase. Can you imagine the evil intent on offering physicians a service and once all of their patients are on board, with no warning at all, raising their fees?? My doctor refused, because he would not pass the fee onto his patients. He was de-platformed. This doctor has committed his practice to helping Covid patients.

Been trying to reconnect with my doctor and app keeps saying to try again later as they can’t connect with the server. Been like this for more than a day. They need to fix this soon as I have come to rely on being able to talk with my doctor and I can’t get ahold of them any other way at this point. So frustrating.

I am so grateful to have been afforded the chance to consult with a doctor free of charge on Veterans Day. It went very well and didn’t take long at all. Thank you so much!!!

There is no other filter selection to locate a doctor besides location and you have to know the doctor’s name to put in the search box. Only one recommended doctor on the list which is over priced. I suggest that they put a simple button said to covid treatment or prevention treatment. It will thrive!

DirectHealth is a scam. Do not use it. Your doctor or provider should suggest an app to you. The doctor I found on Medici charged me, never truly filled my prescription (called pharmacy to confirm), and now won’t respond to my messages. I also can’t delete my card off of DirectHealth . Customer service is no help. Will be reporting to the BBB as well

Helping patients connect with their doctors/healthcare professionals and ability to share their medical records is going be extremely valuable!

So helpful for when I can’t take time off work and have a quick question for my doctor.

I downloaded DirectHealth , then set everything up. I started a chat and answered some questions. Now I can send or receive messages and it won’t let me sign in. They have my credit card info and I don’t know how to delete the information. Very frustrating!!!

Super easy to use and saved me a trip to a doctor. The total time for my interaction with the doctor took about 2-3 minutes of my time. DirectHealth worked seamlessly. Would highly recommend. This is an awesome app that I’ll use every time I need to speak with a doctor.

I talked to a dermatologist on the weekend and she helped diagnose a bacterial infection on my face. In the comfort of my own home, using a photo and analysis of symptoms. So thankful for this service.

Simple, user-friendly app! Great care, I felt I got more time and attention than if I went in to see a doctor.

I used Medici to text my friends orthopedic surgeon about some hip pain I've been having for at least 6 months. I've been putting off going to the doctor because I didn't want to waste half my day and spend hundreds at an orthopedics office. I sent him a photo diagram of where the pain is and he gave me advice on how to use over the counter gels and stretching to relieve the pain. If the pain still didn't go away then I would follow up in office. Thankfully with his advice I am almost pain free, finally able to run again! All it cost me was $25! Thank you Medici for saving me time and money. Without DirectHealth I would still be in pain, putting off seeing the doctor.

DirectHealth is horrible. I would use other apps that are reliable and where you can reach doctors quickly.
