PM Pediatric Telemedicine Reviews

It’s required to have a video pre-eval prior to coming into the office for any covid or antibody testing. Makes complete sense. Except for the fact that both my husband and I waited hours for someone to come on on two separate occasions - no one did - and when we called the first time to find out why, we were informed we weren’t even in the queue and had to go back on and wait again (which took another substantial amount of time). The second time, same thing happened, but when we called, the operator said it had to go through PMPediatricTelemedicine and if it wasn’t working nothing he could do. It’s now been over 4 hours and my husband was logged out by PMPediatricTelemedicine and I’m still waiting. I’ve tried calling multiple times but no one even picks up now. What good is it as an emergency pediatric location when you can’t even have your child treated? PMPediatricTelemedicine is useless and has me actually in tears I can’t get proper treatment or testing for my toddler during a pandemic.

I realize app is new and was rushed so I hope it will be up to PM Peds standards soon. I found the UX to be poor and loading times to be unacceptable. I would not use it as is again except in a crisis. But, I love this physical retail practice with easy and quick check in and smooth processes. I am betting PMPediatricTelemedicine will be up to par when resources are available.

I downloaded PMPediatricTelemedicine for my son who was having symptoms. I signed up for an appointment. I then waited 20 minutes until I received a call from an unknown number. Glad I answered Bc it was the doctor. Most other teledoc are a FaceTime through whatever service they use. This was not. I then had a brief discussion with the doctor about getting my son tested. She never even asked about his general behavior (like eating/diapers etc.) which I found odd he’s under one. She agreed he needed to be tested and said someone would call within 24 hours to schedule the test.... 48-72 hours later I received a call. I will never use this service again.

You have to register yourself before you can add your child, but it takes like 10 minutes to register the first time and then the doctor comes on within a few minutes. It’s awesome. Staying home and getting needed care or advice is greatly appreciated, especially given the current pandemic. Thank you PM Pediatrics!

Our 2 year old hurt her arm today in the middle of the coronavirus outbreak. The last thing we wanted to do is take her to the Children’s Hospital because there have been confirmed cases of coronavirus there.

On the advice of our doctor’s office nurse-on-call, we downloaded PMPediatricTelemedicine , put in her information, and requested the next visit.

We were online with a doctor in about 12 minutes. He assessed our daughter’s injury and identified what was wrong (elbow subluxation) and walked us through a simple maneuver to fix it. He was calm, reassuring and had great bedside manner.

Within 5 minutes our daughter was back to 100% and dancing to Bruno Mars.

The charge was $25.

This is the best money I have ever spent.

I had to wait over an hr to get on with a Dr. I kept calling the customer service and was told that we were the only people waiting and it would be 5-10 minutes later. More than an hr later still no one. After an 1 and half hours a physician gets on for less that 4 minutes and tell us to go to an in person clinic. Won’t be doing this again.

I've always loved PM and their telemedicine app did not disappoint. I was hesitant at first but the sign up was easy and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely use again. Thanks!!

Such a fantastic service. We didn’t wait long for an appointment and I love the fact that you can upload photos. Our Dr was so nice, understanding, and communicative. I definitely recommend this service!!

PMPediatricTelemedicine was easy to register for and the experience of the virtual visit was fantastic! This is a great resource to have available without having to leave home.

As a mom and a physician, I’ve always trusted PM Pediatrics for excellent pediatric urgent care! I am so appreciative that they have made their services so readily available remotely through PMPediatricTelemedicine, especially during these difficult times.

One of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had. While entering my child’s info I was repeatedly told to enter data I had already entered. After all info was entered I attempted to schedule a visit and was presented with no ability to actually select the reason for my visit. Tried on multiple devices and two different accounts (mine and my wife’s). Absolutely pointless.

We had our first virtual visit with PM Pediatrics today and it was so easy and painless. The doctor was great and helped us quickly and provided clear direction on treatment.

The remote apt worked well but fails big time in a few fundamental ways:

- no access to your messages / inbox / lab results
- when adding new family members, you have to manually type in the same information (insurance, address, etc) over and over again.

I need to get to the patient portal to check on messages and other items and the only way to do so is by going to a website which it should all be connected!!!! So irritating!!!!!!

I called twice to get a visit and still am waiting over 40 minutes to have a provider available.

Horrible would not let me add my sons information. Needed a dr after hours son had a rash. Find another app that will work not stress you out.

App doesn't work, can't book appointment. Calls for support also doesn't help, just a voicemail.

I was charged $380 for a 2 min visit what a rip off.
