I feel like I'm using a beta product.
I have never been able to connect with my doctor successfully now for a few months. I'm a computer support professional. Today I had duplicate appointments showing on my I phone at 10 AM. But when logging into their website, the same 2 appointments show as 2 PM. So I start one on my phone and 5 after 10 the doctor's office calls (and if course I'm kicked or of the session as YOU CAN'T LEAVE KareoTelemedicine AT ALL WHILE IN A SESSION. YOU KNOW LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE ON iOS can.) So I end up with a phone call allotment again. I wonder how much the doctor has to pay for this "service". How are retirees, non-technical people to deal with this. Very frustrating. What a shame.

Anti spam laws
Anti spam laws require companies/products to include unsubscribe links in emails and notification settings for consumers. Kareo does not provide that basic service and their customer service team basically told me there wasn’t anything I could do about it. I receive both an email and a text reminder when my appointment is created, a reminder the day before my appointment and a reminder day-of appointment (so 6 notifications all together with no customization settings).

Little confusing at first
I had to register and make and put my credit card down b4 I was able to get into KareoTelemedicine . Otherwise the call was great.. clear and great image- no problems!

Great app
This is very easy to install on my iPhone, and user friendly. I got a nice clear connection on both audio and video. I wish more doctors had this service. This is the medicine of the future, right at your fingertips.

Has never worked
I run a mental health clinic and “use” Kareo’s telemedicine app. KareoTelemedicine doesn’t work for any of my patients which is sad because they need it to. Telehealth is suppose to make it appointments more convenient. This particular app does not. They still have a lot of work to do.

Horrible app.
It just doesn’t work. No help online. Even my dr has trouble. It’s like a 1st draft in writing 101.
