Does most everything one could want, including appt scheduling, video visits, medications, referrals, medical/visit history, etc.

One small complaint: the most recent update removed face recognition such that I now have to remember my login info every time. Minor hassle overall but face rec is/was very fluid, especially when one isn’t feeling well.

Because of this messed up separate app that they had to break off from the my chart, it cost me I miss an important doctors appointment which I had to reschedule which the next one is about s month from now. I don’t know why they created WeillCornellMedicine. My chart is my chart...
They should completely remove WeillCornellMedicine and go back to only using my chart for everything including telehealth calls. Don’t know why I have to have separate app which doesn’t work for a telehealth call?!

My experience with WeillCornellMedicine has consistently been good.. I find it user friendly—easy to navigate. Paying bills, scheduling appointments, getting test results, etc are quick and simple. I think WeillCornellMedicine is certainly worth your weill to download.

Read it: ‘Vaccine Passport’ is advertised as a function. I looked for it: I could not find it. Using WeillCornellMedicine’s inexplicably primitive email function, I asked WCM’s technical-support where I could find it & how I could use it. In reply (several days later), WCM’s staff wrote
”As of right now, this is not a feature within the organization, so you will not be able to see a Vaccine Passport on your app.” ... What?

WCM’s email function in WeillCornellMedicine does not permit attachments larger than a certain size, but WCM does not specify what that size is. Also, it does not permit one to save draft email messages.

WCM’s promises at least the functions of a ‘vaccine passport’ & an email system that facilitates communication between its patients & staff. It fails to deliver either.

I loved WeillCornellMedicine — until yesterday when I was presented with new terms of service. I hit accept and WeillCornellMedicine pops me back to the login page. Rinse repeat. and deleting and reinstalling didn’t help. But the worst part is that there is NO tech support available. The faq page for “support” is useless. I need to communicate with my doctor asap and it’s critical to get this back up but I don’t know where or how to talk to someone to fix this. Argh!!

WeillCornellMedicine is poorly designed and is not user-friendly. The check-in process is broken and results in a loop. I don’t know how anyone, let alone the elderly less tech-friendly, will be able to use it. The developers and Weill-Cornell need to take a long hard look in the mirror about WeillCornellMedicine. Might as well use a more established app like Zoom and request HIPAA sign-off via email.

After using WeillCornellMedicine for a few yrs it now no longer accepts my password = it keeps saying it’s incorrect. But when I login via desktop or phone it accepts it with no problem.
I’ve uninstalled & re-installed WeillCornellMedicine & it only worked “once” with accepting my password.
As I result I’ve permanently uninstalled it & have given WeillCornellMedicine One Star 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Don’t even think of using saved passwords or credit cards- every time you log out or need to pay a bill they make it as difficult as possible. The health care provider is good but WeillCornellMedicine and interface is the absolute worst that I’ve ever encountered.

Unable to do a cumbersome e check in process before my video visit. Experience broken on mobile app and on the browser too. Sorry, this is probably not a mobile app issue but a server one, but regardless, there needs to be manual, (read: human) escape hatches for such an important user flow.

Needs to have options such as scheduling appointments from WeillCornellMedicine like how the NYU app has! It makes life much easier but overall WeillCornellMedicine seems to do most of what I need it to do

WeillCornellMedicine is amazingly bad to be carrying the name of a major medical center. It repeatedly crashed while trying to connect with my healthcare provider. In the end I missed my appointment and had to reschedule. I’m being forced to use WeillCornellMedicine again but I have no expectation that I will be successful.

My doctor set up a videoconference. Installing WeillCornellMedicine. was a problem. The IT rep. Said it might be internet connection, check internet... all connected, all other app. can be opened no problem. Deleted this one and installed it again 3 times. Still no success. Whom do I have to talk to? Please help.

I can’t login or open my profile

Very poorly designed app that keeps crashing for no apparent reason. Waste of time. I hope WeillCornellMedicine was not designed by the same people who designed WeillCornellMedicine that the doctors and nurses use. If such is the case, the health and safety of patients may be at risk.

cannot access invoices in the billing section using iphone Xs on iOS 12.4. instructed to go to web page. otherwise pretty good app.

This was a wonderful app until it went haywire the other day. I cannot logon to WeillCornellMedicine it keeps sending me to terms and conditions. When I accept it sends me right back to login and then right back to terms and conditions in one big loop that does not end. Please fix this

WeillCornellMedicine is bad. Messaging functionality is very limited. Arbitrary restrictions on replies to messages, and can only attached images not files. Hangs sometimes when attempting to load messages. Hard to communicate with Dr.. This needs to rewrite.

Waited a long time for the menu to show after I opened WeillCornellMedicine . Reloaded same thing, I finally was able to go through the registration process got kicked out again hope I can make my virtual visit

It’s just not a high-functioning app. Crashes all the time. Doesn’t allow me to switch between myself and my kids as it should. When it works, it’s great. But it doesn’t often work.

I tried to schedule an e-visit, but it requires me to put in my address. When I go to select the State there are no options in the scroll list. Without this working properly I can’t schedule.

Also, there is no number or contact information to call for support.

I like WeillCornellMedicine, but it could be better. Here are some bugs I’ve found, hopefully it will help the IT dept.

1. When WeillCornellMedicine wants me to agree to something, there’s an annoying page that pops up and blocks the login page. I couldn’t login and couldn’t get the agreement page to go away. Endless loop until I deleted and downloaded WeillCornellMedicine again

2. Recently when I open WeillCornellMedicine , the option for fingerprint login and PIN login just disappeared. I have to download WeillCornellMedicine again.

Because of the terms and conditions. Accept or decline. I accept terms and conditions. But the apps can’t login.
I think there is bugs. Please fix the issue.

WeillCornellMedicine freezes after an appt is added to iCal. App must be deleted and redownloaded. Otherwise it is a great app!

WeillCornellMedicine will not open! It keeps showing the terms & conditions over and over again when I try to log in.

Every time I accept the new terms I get sent back to log in. Then the terms come up again. Just loops and loops.

Can not write a message to the doc, this is not helpful!!

The Touch ID login does not work

For months I’ve tried to log on, and found the phone the only alternative.
If WeillCornellMedicine doesn’t reject my username or password, as most often, it will defeat access in - “terms and conditions” by the inactive “I agree” button! Until today, when no “I agree” or “I decline” is visible at all?
