UPDATE
Just used the latest version of this app to this app a videoconference. Amazing. Not only did the transaction happen in real time but it caught 90+% of the text correctly. (90% is not an actual number just a reference to how accurate the transcription was)

Differentiate different speakers
Improve accuracy
Simplify post transcript editing process

This service is sloooooowww. Compare to descript.

It’s also highly inaccurate if there is any other noise other than the intended speakers.

Improve on the concept and my rating will change but for now the service is unreliable.

A must-have app for anyone who needs to this app spoken words into text. I often find myself in situations where I need to record interviews, speeches, or brainstorming sessions, and Transcribe has been a lifesaver. The transcription accuracy is outstanding, and I love how easy it is to organize and edit my transcribed notes. It saves me so much time and hassle. Plus, the option to export to various formats is a nice touch. I can't imagine my workflow without this app.

This program has been a life saver for me. Trying to this app lectures is not only time consuming but cumbersome as well. It takes speech and converts it to text as best as any program I’ve ever worked with. I am forever grateful to my daughter who introduced me to this app. The program is hardly affected by accents, speed, or intonation. If you’re in business or a student, this program is a must!

This has improved my work life so much. With back to back meetings there is no time to sit back and think through meeting notes. Nor is there sufficient time to take all the notes during the meeting, frankly. Transcribe solves that problem. Its tremendous value is in being able to refer back to transcribed meeting notes.

SO GRATEFUL to be able to use Transcribe when I need to hear what’s happening at drs office, or hanging with hearing friends. The rest of the apps I’ve tried to come close to accuracy. My only request is being able to make the text larger (without using the system accessibility route, which enlarges EVERYTHING). Otherwise, THANK YOU!!!

I have used this to this app videos where the speaker is talking at brisk pace (with a Texan accent) and the machine got every word right. Very impressive service that puts Apple’s dictation button to shame.

I use Transcribe a lot to get timecode transcripts of recordings. It's really helpful. I wish there was a way for it to spot a duplicate file, with the same name, and not attempt to this app it twice. This can eat into your minutes. It would have five stars if it could do that!

Loving this app. Now I can do diary entries and write book chapters on my mile-long walk to work. Accuracy is generally very good, near perfect after I got a Bluetooth 5.0 headset with mic that goes out to in front of my nose. Deafening garbage trucks rumbling by on Boston’s streets don’t even throw off the accuracy!

Needed a recorder to aid I note taking in class. I came across this and added it to my cell phone to use. Found it to work great. It picks up everything so if there is a great deal of rustling paper it will interfere with the recording but otherwise works wonders. I recommend sitting as close to the speaker as possible.

Awesome, intuitive app with reasonable pricing. The only missing feature is call recording, which other apps like Voicea AI (I think) have. The only workaround I found is to record on computer while having the conversation on the phones speaker.... thanks

Phenomenal app. Many recorders do one but not all of the features. As an old school guy who hates taking notes during meetings on e devices and as a guy whose hearing is slipping. This is just what the doctor ordered. Press a button than engage with eye contact and not become distracted. Keep it free and live off ads. Or it will die. For now fantastic. Please don’t screw it up

As a graduate student, I am often writing paper and responses. However, I absolutely hate writing. I love using this app as a way to talk capture my thoughts and ideas. Once these are written down, it is much easier for me to go back and edit. It has cut drastically cut the time it takes me to write essays.

2. Transcription is the best of any transcript service I’ve used. Even when importing with text this app will do an independent transcription and it will be better than that of the service I used before.
3. Ability to add photos to text AFTER the recording is big for me.
4. You’re able to import, export, sync to and from various services.
5. YMMV but Transcribe has never ceased to amaze me.

There’s no such thing as perfection. But Transcribe gets pretty close. It does everything I want it to do, record a lecture, sermon, newscast & will even this app from an audio file. What?!! I would have been a straight A student if I would have had this back in the day. I think I’ll write my own version just for the challenge. Cudos to you... great job!
