Over 84 hours now with out a reply, response or even a auto bot msg. App does say that they are very busy and that’s understandable. However listing that you typically reply within 12 hours? Going on days 4 now.
Unable to delete Credit Card info from profile, does not even give you the option. No charges have shown up at this time but did contact my bank to give the, a heads up. Four days wasted when we could have been getting real medical help elsewhere.

The idea of this app is great. We are a one doctor veterinary office, and we are trying to offer telemedicine during the COVID-19 quarantine. After extensive research, setting up our account and receiving the set-up phone call it was revealed that there is a $495 set-up fee. At this point, we are not going to continue telemedicine once the quarantine is lifted. My only issue is that the set-up fee is not clearly indicated prior to signing up, and at the point it is indicated, you’re far too invested and all of your company information is entered in this application.

These lousy tech oligarchs gave my doctor one and a half hours to comply with an exorbitant fee increase. Can you imagine the evil intent on offering physicians a service and once all of their patients are on board, with no warning at all, raising their fees?? My doctor refused, because he would not pass the fee onto his patients. He was de-platformed. This doctor has committed his practice to helping Covid patients.
