Worse experience ever. Awful app. Designed so poorly. TeleVet is very limited. After I registered both of my dogs, I needed to use it a week later because it was after hours. I accidentally entered the info on the wrong pet and then couldn’t delete it. Never heard back from the vet and then saw somewhere later because it’s not clear anywhere about the hours which are daytime and don’t extend to after hours. Not good since my dog was throwing up at night. Since under quarantine had to drive 30 min to the emergency care hospital to get her treated. Then when I got home, I couldn’t cancel the consultation but was charged the money the minute I hit enter. The telepet vet called me the next day at noon! Imagine that my dog was extremely sick and I wasn’t called back for 12 hours. Tried to figure out where to request a refund and was sent to a knowledge base and finally after 15 minutes found a place to enter a request. An email came and they said In 3 days even though I was charged the minute I entered a consultation request with no input from a vet. Tried requesting again 6 days later and was told maybe 1 week? Of course I was redirected everywhere again to send in a request Really? Why do I have to check my bill every day to see if I got my money back?

This was a true lifesaver during covid. My pup had gotten into something he shouldn’t have and TeleVet allowed me to easily request help from my local vet. The whole process took 5 minutes to set up and I was having a consultation with my vet within an hour. No clue what I would have done during the covid emergency without TeleVet ... it’s a keeper!

Went through the enrollment and requested a consultation. Crickets. No call back, no email, no text, nothing. Just a black hole where you submit the symptoms of your sick pet and waste a day maybe more thinking someone on the other end actually cares. Thankfully in my case the pup got better on his own but someone could seriously waste time that could lead to a dead pet using TeleVet.

DOES NOT WORK. Hope my credit card doesn’t get extra charges for having used in TeleVet this is very sketch and no response to the local vet that i was supposed to be connected with. Many people are profiting off of this current telehealth increase. this is another one of those fake services that will be gone soon and is in it to make quick cash. do not fall for their tricks please. This is sick joke.

Great app to communicate with my vet, especially during social distancing during COVID times. I’m able to take photos and videos of my dog and get feedback quickly.

My dogs get anxious at the vet, and TeleVet has helped me to connect with my vet virtually a few times... most recently for guidance on tick removal for my shepherd. Highly recommend!!

TeleVet connected me to the vet in record time and it saved my ferret’s life. She ate a marble and was choking, but the vet walked me through a ferret heimlich maneuver. The ferret lived and we are both happier for it.

Seemed like a cool concept and had an issue so I set up a consultation yesterday evening. It’s almost noon the next day and no one has responded. Great concept, but if no one answers then I’m really just wasting my time when I could take my dog or call a vet and get help instead of false hope with no resolution.

Great app! Super intuitive and easy to use. Saves so much time compared to taking my dog in to see the vet.

TeleVet is a complete scam. Do not download it and enter your credit card info. My credit card was charged even though my vet cancelled the consultation because they could not provide a telehealth visit. My card was charged $54 regardless.

We missed an important communication from our vet because TeleVet does not send push notifications despite saying it does.

Great app. Great way to get care for gerbils or any other pets

I can’t believe I used to try and bother my vet with personal messages. There were times I wouldn’t even take my dog to the vet because they would always get sick or hurt on the weekends. We didn’t want to drop the coin on an ER vet. With TeleVet, I can get a hold of my vet and make sure my dogs can be squared away. Wicked convenient.

I just downloaded TeleVet because of an email stating that my vet’s office is using it. There are kinks that have not been worked out. My pet’s “vet” is now a hospital in another state and TeleVet won’t allow me to change the name of the veterinary clinic. If there are multiple clinics with the same name, there’s no address to help differentiate between the clinics. Additionally, their “location” services are not picking up my pets office. The apps developers have a few kinks to work out before it can be successfully used to communicate with your pets vet.

I know Telemedicine is super helpful for humans but I’m so glad to see it being used for pets too! Especially right now. TeleVet allows me to continue to get my rabbit virtually cared for during these tough times with travel restrictions and quarantines in place. Super grateful to this app! 🙏🏽

My vet was able to evaluate my fur baby when I was out of town. Saved me from going to the emergency hospital and I was able to wait until I got back home and go in to my vet hospital.

You have to download TeleVet and fill out the profile prior to seeing what Vets are available and if your current vet doesn’t use this service you can’t either. They won’t help you if you’re quarantined and looking for advice on an ill pet. The joke is there was 3 Vets that came up in my area, and two were in another state so not sure how I could ever use this service.

This has been a lifesaver, especially though coronavirus. TeleVet works flawlessly.

Can’t find my vet on signup.

First of all you can’t search for any vets using the service already in your area, you have to search for your own vet first. Second I can’t find anything. You can’t enter your ZIP Code or anything that common sense would dictate you would use to search for services utilizing this app. Instead you’re supposed to put the name of the veterinary practice, and it never finds anything. Sounds good on paper but this is the worst implementation you could possibly dream up.
