Easy to use

My tech support and success teams use this app for work and have had a great experience this far. We previously used another company that was unreliable (would drop calls or calls would not come through at all), but since switching to this app we have not had these problems. The interface is user friendly. I love being able to take notes and assign calls to my team as tasks.

A success tool for success team

Been using this for a while now, simple and effective. Call clarity is very easy. I like the ability to assign for different users and also adding note, tags.

Integration is a big part of the platform and the analytics that Aircall provide gives great insight to your team productivity. I would recommend Aircall for sure!

I have used this app for a year and 3 months as my VOIP and have roughly 3 hours of talk time daily.

Really easy to use and set up for a team, about 95% of the time I have a solid connection. Also really easy to use in my mobile device.

Cannot complain.

Great idea but poor execution and service

Extremely disappointing app that constantly drops calls, delays notifications/text messages, and misses out of key and simple features that should be available such as file sharing (images, videos, pdfs). Even now, it’s been over an hour and customer support hasn’t gotten back to me with troubleshooting my mobile app that logged me out for no reason and won’t let me log back in.

Incredible product and app

this app makes my day so much more efficient. I use it with my Front instance, and it is also tied into my Salesforce license. This means that any communication, in any channel is already logged and categorized without any effort. Even better- calls are routed to me specifically because of the geographical area they are from, which eliminates a lot of busy work and manual handoffs. While this had some bugs earlier in the year, I haven’t experienced anything in months.

After two years with them I left

I signed up to this app when we had an office team of 4 and it allowed us to use Twilio sip trunk to send texts to Front since this app doesn’t support SMS. It was alright at first but the cost was always higher than others. They do have a 3 user minimum as well.

The problem was their phone app was buggy and they have lots of missed calls. The phone app didn’t always ring and had to be opened every day to make sure it rings. Still got a lot of missed calls and crashes. Their support is subpar at best but not as bad as Toky. Recently they updated their iOS app to the “new and improved” version but it it’s 10x worse. It constantly logs you out. It is very laggy. It takes a 3-5 seconds of wait time before you can switch between tabs.

They took away multiple features and you can no longer save contacts in the iOS app nor do you have separate screens for call History and missed calls (or to-do). They completely botched it up and I left them as of yesterday.

Worst app ever. Stay far away from Aircall (2 yr user)

I’ve used this app for two full years now, and the entire time has been a frustrating experience. Not only with the mobile app, but poor customer support, and a product team that adds and removes features on a whim with no advanced warning. I would not recommend anyone rely on this app for your business. After 2 years I’ve had enough, with the final straw being that they just removed the “to-do” feature with absolutely zero warning. I relied on this as a critical feature, and now BOOM it’s gone. This is a really bad company overall, and just have gotten their millions in funding from investors who don’t know any better. Stay away from this app.

Update is super buggy!!

The new app takes 30 seconds to load sometimes, disconnects while you are on the phone, doesn’t show you company all history which the old version did and is absolutely needed for my use case, and does not allow conference calls!! Can’t have Aircall open if you want to receive call on your cell when you have week signal, you actually have to leave Aircall closed and not have any of the call history features in order to receive calls on your cell phone. Oh, and those incoming calls aren’t free. Seriously considering a switch.

Terrible

this app is completely unreliable. Approximately 15-20% of the calls we get do not ring on Aircall , and a similar number have no audio for incoming calls. I can only imagine what these issues are costing us in sales and support. Also, badge notifications do not consistently appear. They ask you to file tickets when there is a problem, their proposed solutions have no impact, and then they don’t respond when you have follow up questions. Just counting the days until the contract is up. The worst value we’ve had this year.

Another sucker waiting for a contract to expire

Terrible call quality; done their speed and connection tests and all comes back fine. Calls often won’t ring on Aircall or ring once then stop for no reason. Deceptive pricing; almost double Zendesk Talk. CRM integration doesn’t work on Aircall . When chat support has to escalate cause they can’t help you have to create a ticket and they seldom respond. Hidden “security features” on the back end they don’t tell you about like auto dropping calls if music or automated voice answers the call.

Every Call is Bad

I have never had a call using this app that doesn’t break up, drop, etc. every single time it’s low quality and I or the other person cannot hear one another. I really wanted to like it, they seriously need to address these issues. Also crashes my phone and computer regularly. We went with a different provider WORLD of difference. You shouldn’t have to worry about something so basic like call quality on every, single call.

Laggy and awkward to use

After a couple months of this app last year, we dumped them. There is such a delay in talking to people it makes having a conversation so hard. Aircall itself was a buggy mess and really never worked right. Support advised me to never use LTE... lol. What’s the point of this then if I have to be on WiFi all the time? Even on WiFi, there was zero difference in the quality of the voice call or the experience.

Keeps on crashing and missing calls

I reached out to support they said they are overwhelmed with support tickets (so I should understand them)
It’s kinda stupid, I pay a lot of money for Aircall and I am out off the office now is exactly when I need Aircall and really not interested to hear they have a lot of support tickets I want Aircall to work basic functionality and it’s not

this app is awesome and I love being able to use the mobile app on the go. It makes my life so much easier, especially when I’m out in the field. 10/10 recommend!

Do not use this app

The amount of bugs in Aircall is mind blowing. I cannot believe we are still using this service. Logging you out hundreds of times a day, hanging up calls in mid conversation, not showing notifications on missed calls, not showing call history, poor service, poor communication, the list goes on and on and on.

Best business phone system out there. Easy to set-up, super easy to use and scale as your business grows. Also, integrated seamlessly with Salesforce and our help desk!

This app is pure garbage

If I miss a call I can’t pickup the next call unless I close and reopen Aircall
I cannot listen to my message on Aircall now, have to listen to on desktop client
Caller ID integration to CRM works on desktop but not on phone app
And stop asking me if the call quality was good, I hate using Aircall and will be asking my company to switch to another service

What happened to the To-Do list? The latest version works well but they took away the best feature for organizing your call log. Please bring that back.

Good tool on the go business calls

I am a casual user of the this app app but when people call me on it I can see their contact info whether it lives on my iPhone or in my company’s CRM. Easy to use and pretty similar to native iPhone functionality.

I want this to work

The iOS app doesn't work and is difficult to recommend. This is a phone service app. But when people call me it doesn't work. Literally I hit answer and the call doesn't connect. More gotten than not. When you ask support they tell you not to use the iOS app. Let me repeat that - they tell you not the use the iOS app! It's absurd.
