I’ve been stranded in Italy since Covid blew up and I can’t do sms 2 factor so renders BILLAPARBusinessPayments useless. I can still access my account in the browser because I can use google authenticator/Authy and phone through voip but there is no option for this within BILLAPARBusinessPayments , it’s sms or bust. You’d think there would be some intelligence in the backend that recognizes the device you’ve successfully used to log in, and there IS! But that doesn’t mean squat when you try to login through BILLAPARBusinessPayments which makes no sense, you still see a login wall, despite having logged in just two seconds ago in the browser with the same ip. I already went through customer support but no dice. First world problem I know but please fix.

I use it for doing approvals mostly. Very easy, intuitive and efficient interface. One minor complaint is that I find the mechanism for showing that an invoice has comments to be too subtle, I frequently don’t notice that there are comments. BILLAPARBusinessPayments and the website doesn’t work properly. I have a pending invite for payment on this site and when I click the link it brings me to sign in and doesn’t move past the sign in page. Tried it on BILLAPARBusinessPayments and multiple computers and same situation. When I log in regularly without clicking on the link through email it comes up but then when I click the invitation the site goes nowhere. So my payment is in limbo. There’s no customer service number which is insane when it comes to dealing with payments. It’s 2020 it’s time to get better coders and make this site easy to use. Also add a customer service number because I’m still waiting on a response from messenger.

In a day and age where Venmo and PayPal allow you to instantly get ahold of money you make, a wait time of 13 DAYS (ALMOST 2 WEEKS) is INSANE. A physical CHECK would have arrived and been processed faster. This GREEDY company just wants to make sweet sweet interest for 2 WEEKS on YOUR MONEY. Inbound payments “to” them are removed IMMEDIATELY from the company’s account. You then wait 2 WEEKS for them to “process” and release the money to your account. My payment was sent from my employer on the 27th and has an ESTIMATE for an an arrival time of the 9th. Assuming it actually gets there then. I’m asking my employer for a physical check, this is insanity.

I receive some freelance work payments though BILLAPARBusinessPayments. The client used to pay by check, so I really appreciate BILLAPARBusinessPayments making it possible to send payments electronically. I like how convenient and easy it is to see the progress of my invoice but I hate the spam BILLAPARBusinessPayments sends me when it’s close to payment date. They basically want me to pay them to get my money sooner. No, thank you. I’ll wait few more days, no rush. Please stop asking.

I only used BILLAPARBusinessPayments to get paid for work I did, but they have horrible customer service and there is no phone number to speak to anyone, only back and forth emails which take forever. If you forget your password they make it almost impossible for you to recover your account. After weeks of trying and finally getting into my account they removed my account and canceled it permanently. Ridiculous company! Do not waste your time! If there was a way to give them negative stars I would.

The service is great once you get used to their process. BILLAPARBusinessPayments could be a little more user friendly. For example to pick a GL sub account you have to pick the main account first to see the sub account options. I’d think the text search would search all accounts. As it is, unless you setup the GL and/or are very familiar with it you may not find our accounts easily.

I have been trying to reset my password since february and was able to get an answer from support like 6 months ago and they reset my account but every time I try to recover password is asking me to log in and create a ticket but since I can’t login I can’t create or access support, I called several times to sort this out but nobody can solve my problem, if you are to get paid via ACH then don’t waste your time, they will keep sending checks and some times it takes 10 days for you to get a payment.

Extremely difficult to get customer service. No known phone numbers to get through. Rarely reply to emails. Would be a good app if they could solve this. Happy to change my review if they found a way to make a less frustrating product

One of those mobile apps that doesn’t keep you logged in. I opened BILLAPARBusinessPayments , dug through my incoming payments, and then browsed the web on my desktop for a few minutes. When I looked back down at my phone an alert was there saying I was about to be signed out for inactivity.

Mobile apps should not sign people out-accessing BILLAPARBusinessPayments can be secured with biometric lock, pin, or password. No need for logging users out.

This is so great! Couldn’t get my check for over a month from my client, thought the check was stolen or lost, they said they reissued it, three more weeks go by. Finally they say I can have an e-payment and instantly I received two months of missing pay.

Everything set. Just click shows you how much you get and even breaks down the amount from each source. Makes my life just a little easier

Used to take instant payments manually before, and now all my payments can be instant without my supervision. Great feature. Thanks, this saves lot of time for me.

We have several clients we use this for- when I travel BILLAPARBusinessPayments is useless for viewing new bills emailed or faxed from clients for us to schedule payments. I have to login via web/desktop to process a bill- then BILLAPARBusinessPayments updates after the fact(it shows the payment I have just scheduled)- it doesn’t update & see new items in the inboxes to be processed.

Customer service horrible, unable to “speak to a person” to get my problem solved. Then when they do reply, they don’t answer your question or help solve the problem.

Had to no choice but to use BILLAPARBusinessPayments, I am supposed to be receiving a payment from someone else, but for some reason it does not come through

Very frustrating & disappointing - hoping they can find a way to get my my money

This has been a great way for our small nonprofit organization to handle bill payments and check writing without having to be in the office.

Costumer service is available only my messaging which takes them to long to respond . They don’t give you options to handle your money
You can’t request instant pay when you want it only one automatically attempt.
As a result you don’t really no when you are getting your money .

Easier to approve and navigate on BILLAPARBusinessPayments than on the site - why not improve the site ??

Have used this platform for over five years with multiple companies. I love the fact that I can see the back of a check in who endorsed it once it has cleared.

The swipe to approve feature is what made me agree to submitting a review. I get a snapshot of the account and material info. Quick swipe… and done

BILLAPARBusinessPayments is way more convenient than having to log on through a browser. I love the ability to be able to login with my fingerprint without needing a password.

Application is ridiculous. They dont have a phone number to call, or a way to converse with a customer service agent. It took me about 3 weeks to receive one payment, I had to be sending emails to customer services hoping they would answer promptly. Phone application glitches, wont let you do everything you need. First and last time I use this software.

I like BILLAPARBusinessPayments but it doesn't notify me when I have bills to pay. It appears only the approvers get notifications but I only pay the bills. Without my phone alerting me that there are bills waiting to be paid, I run the risk of late payments. Please add more notification settings.

For someone who is responsible for reviewing and approving invoices and payments, the interface is awesome. Super simple to see what’s in que, pinch and zoom to view attached documents and swipe to approve. Love BILLAPARBusinessPayments!

I have several companies/accounts and I asked a bit ago to get a way to know which companies have bills I need to approve. Bang. There it is.

Not sure why the hate reviews. Works perfectly and has completely changed the way I do bills. Love it!

This service is horrible. When you receive a bill from someone, they offer no way to unsubscribe from DAILY emails reminding you that you owe somebody money. They force you to sign up for account to adjust your preferences, which then once you signed up, don’t exist. Please stay far away from this service until they get their head out of their butts.

We use this company-wide to approve vendor invoices. It’s very user friendly and allows us to approve or deny by swiping right or left.
