Trying to get to Payments section after making seat reservations. But nothing happens. System shows it is working (3 white dots), but it has now been 45 minutes. I think you have a systems problem.

Trying to allocate and pay for seat selection. Get through to payment section and it just crashes.

Flight time change. App wants me to tap Confirm but when I do I just get a blank page. Help bot is useless. Can only talk to people on Facebook page but problem still not fixed. Can't finish seat selection either. Unwieldy and useless App.

Flight time has changed says on app to tap and confirm. But the screen just keeps going blank and nothing is happening.

Have been trying to book my flight from Abu Dhabi to Toronto flight since over a month on the app I always use. Every time I try to finishes my booking - I receive a message. There is a problem. Please call. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. And still receiving the same message
Common dislikes about Etihad Airways app
1. Casablanca destination cannot be chosen as a start city
2. Seat selection gets clumsy sometimes if flights are full
3. App lacks many features and the GUI is poor
4. Chat support only available during Dubai time
5. Phone support is almost negligible
6. Person in the other end knows very little to help
