Trying to get to Payments section after making seat reservations. But nothing happens. System shows it is working (3 white dots), but it has now been 45 minutes. I think you have a systems problem.
Trying to allocate and pay for seat selection. Get through to payment section and it just crashes.
Flight time change. App wants me to tap Confirm but when I do I just get a blank page. Help bot is useless. Can only talk to people on Facebook page but problem still not fixed. Can't finish seat selection either. Unwieldy and useless App.
