I cant find my booking on the mobile app. when using the My Trips menu, no bookings is shown, when i try to add my booking using refernce or eticket number, and adding my surname, the menu goes back to the my trips menu and nothing is shown, i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, i have refreshed all settings. details are shown on my PC login account, but not on my op on both my tablet and phone.
Hello, I’m able to log in to the mobile app but can’t add my trip. When I enter the details it changes to green with a tick but won’t open further. As it appears to be the only way in which to make seat selection I’d like to be able to get it done.

Hi there, after login to Qatar App I tried several times to add my upcoming trip but it Couldn't be possible. Because when try to type my booking reference it’s not working, for example if I type letter D then it’s showing some other letter. Can you please look into the issue.

Am currently using the app on a tablet. The add-ons won’t finish loading. Have been “loading results” for the past 10 minutes. Tried using my phone first, same problem. Is there something wrong with the app?

Yet I use the same username and same password (checked over and over, character-by-character) on my laptop in a browser it logs me in without problem. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but it still will not allow me to log in.
